Address: H no 1-5-82 plot no 50 opp central bank of india gangaputra colony old alwal

We have received high electricity bill for the month of april 2020, the unique service number[protected] with bill of rs - 1155. As we are not at the residence since 20 march 2020. Which is locked to my home and electricity power is not used a single unit, and how come such high amount online bill is generated, i request u to look into this as soon as possible since the due date is 21/5/2020. Due to lockdown we haven't received any bill at my residence this is an online bill, for your reference you can visit and check the meter reading. Kindly take an action and let us known at earlier as possible for easy clearance

    I have received my electricity bill message on mobile for due to be laid on may 7th with due amount 2517, which completely too high basis my usuage as we only use fridge and fans that too based on need. For april month also the bill amount was high and i paid blindly as there was no bill physical copy with usage details due to covid 19 lock down.

    Kindly check and correct my apr and may bill.

      Hello,

      We have received our electricity bill on the 7th may 2020 for
      Rs/13129.00, the bill received on april 8th 2020 was 177 and march also was 177.

      There is no ac, washing machine, fridge and television in the house. Plus we shifted 2 months ago in the house. So i am not paying on the basis of others usage

      I request you to please look into this.

      There is definitely an error and no way i am paying this amount.

        I am not in my house and all my appliances are off, despite that the bill is way more than the normal.
        The bill is 2500 despite no appliances in use.

        Please do the needful as the bill needs to be cleared to avoid disconnection.

            Hello sir, i am sanrosh, resident of sainagar colony, alwal, behind bhatia bakery near children park. Street light is not working in our colony. The pole number is 132/44. The lane looking very dark and scary without the street light. I request concern department to fix led street light as soon as possible to avoid unwanted situations as precaution.

            I have dialed atleast 20 times but they never lift the call. I have called ghmc complaint number[protected].
            I guess no one lifts the call for above mentioned number. I request ghmc officials to fix LED street light as soon as possible. Thank you.

                      Dear sir,

                      I had initiated a payment towards my electricity bill on 19.03.2020. My airtel number is [protected].

                      An amount of rs 710 was first added to my wallet bearing transaction id [protected] 19.03.2020
                      The same amount of rs 710 was debited from my wallet and payment made to apcpdclob for[protected] with transaction id [protected].
                      This amount was not paid for my electricity bill.

                      As such, again i paid my electricity bill for[protected] on 23.03.2020 with transaction id [protected] which was paid for my electricity bill.

                      Kindly review and refund my amount of rs 710 deducted from my account on 19.03.2020.

                          We have received high electricity bill for the month of april-2020, the unique service numbers are[protected] and[protected] with the bill of rs.3236 and rs.2703, we were not at at the residence since 13th of march which marks only 12 days o[censored]sage which can not be this much high.                             Dear sir/madam:

                            I have received a huge bill which is in error.

                            When contacted, i got a response that the last year's bill for march 2019 is being considered for current month bill for march 2020.

                            Last year, march 2019, for same period, i wrongly got double bill. details are as follows:
                            Bill #1890, bill date: 08/04/2019 rs. 1735
                            Bill #0031, bill date: 15/04/2019 rs. 3082

                            At that time, i approached the electric substation department in tarnaka area, and was directed to pay both above bills with the assurance that adjustment would be made in next month bill.

                            Till date, no adjustment has been made.

                            I have been billed rs. 3098 for march 2020.

                            As you can see from above data, i have wrongly been billed double amount in march 2019, and now once again the department is forcing me to pay huge amount.

                            Please look into the matter on priority.

                            I had raised a complaint #cc[protected], but the complaint was simply closed with no action taken.

                                I have received electric bill of rs 497 on bill date 08/04/2020 for march month, usc:[protected].in the previous billing from 05/02/2020 to 06/03/2020 for 56 units bill received was rs 117. On 06/03/2020 the meter reading was 142 & on 12/04/2020 meter reading observed was 222. Means approx 80 units on 12/04/2020, but bill received is rs 497, it is more then the regular billing. Due to lockdown, i have not received the hard copy bill.in online bill received message is rs 497, whose due date is 22/04/2020.

                                  tsspdcl billdesk amount deducted but not paid to the concerned

                                  Hi,

                                  I have paid elex bill via "billdesk", money got deducted from my bank account but the status of bill payment had shown error. As bill is still showing as "not paid".

                                  Sent mail thrice to [protected]@tssouthernpower.com but no response received yet.

                                  Can tsspdcl please confirm on this bill payment or refund the amount so that i can pay again.

                                  This is regarding unique service no[protected] and consumer name m. Bala nagi reddy. Currently i am staying there as a tenant and the residential address is jain pch rock garden phase 3 flat no 2e.
                                  For last 4-5 months the electrcicity bill is coming in between rs 300-500 max and since from feb 22nd 2020 till date i am not staying in hyderabad and the flat is empty but we got a bill for this month as rs 2537.
                                  This cannot be possible as for last 2 months the flat is completely empty and no one is staying then how come we are getting the bill of so high amount.
                                  Request you to please check and correct the bill details and let us know the correct amount.

                                    Hello team,

                                    My unique service number is[protected]. February month my bill was 700 and for march 2020 the bill is 3158. I am aware that due to covid-19 pandemic bill the officials aren't coming for meter reading and so the bill is getting generated as of march 2019.
                                    I know it's happening with everyone in telangana but i am paying 4 times the amount i should pay. Andhra pradesh electricity board is asking customers to pay bill for the bill generated as of feb 2020.

                                    I am not comparing anything but i just want to know when i am paying 4 times the wrong bill will those amount will get adjusted in later months or will it be reimbursed?
                                    Also the bill of april 2019 was 5000 so again for april 2020 am i going to pay so huge? That would be unfair to us if corona virus pandemic doesn't end and also we dont have sufficient money to pay if wrong bill is generated in april also.

                                    I am a widow pensioner and my earnings are not that much to even pay such huge bills. Will the excess amount paid will get reimbursed. Please give necessary resolution to my query and please consider charging feb 2020 bill for april 2020 or later months until this pandemic gets over.

                                    I am in huge debt because of such bill. Please help me and waiting for your positive response.

                                      Electricity bill received for the month of April 2020 was way too huge. As seen in newspaper, the department is charging based on previous year data, but this year many are not using ACs. So the bill has to considered based on the usage of previous month March 2020.
