Hello team,

Respected sir,

This is to bring it to your notice that, the linemen of our area kondapur is irresponsible in making the readings of our electricity board meters. Most of our flats were given the bill of close to 1360+ which is 201+ units each month with out taking proper readings.

For my service number unique service no.[protected], i have received same number o[censored]nits as 200+ for last couple of months but the actual reading differs from the bill reading. He intentionally wanted to make extra payment for my flat. I would like to bring this to your notice that from next month onwards, our apartment owners would like to file a case against this person for making this intentionally. We have not stayed at our flat for 15 days this month and my power consumption still shows the same which is questionable. Please make necessary action on this and explain us the reason behind this. Most of the time this guy comes after 35 days to make the higher readings for flat mates.

    Dear sir,

    My service no is[protected]. Last month i. E for the month of july i have received my electricity bill on 03 of aug but for the month of aug electricity bill i have received on 38th day i. E. On 09-sept. And the bill amount is also very high.
    May i know the reason why it happens frequently. As per the rule the meter reading date should be of 30 days only. Else the charges will be higher.

    Your lineman is failed to take the reading on 3rd of sept. That is his mistake why you put load of lineman mistake on our head. Ask the lineman to pay the bills.

    Iam here by forwarding u the electricity bill snaps, I don't understand what do you mean by additional charges, why they are adding additional charges of 150 in each electricity bill, bil no.[protected]&[protected], , kindly take necessary action

      Respected sir,
      We are the residents of royal colony, balapur. We do not have a single electric pole in our area. Electrical connections are given through wooden poles which falls down frequently. Accidents occur often and the wires are broken. The broken wires are also a big danger. Our area is well populated and there are many small children in our society. The wooden poles are a big danger to children and adults as well. Along with the electric poles few street lights will be very helpful.
      Please look into the matter and do the needful.

        Renuka residency annaram village, builder till date not apply any metre from the past 3 years he is taking electricity directly from transformar by digging wire illegally and electric city department people ignore this issue or take bribe from that people kindly help us outout we are very kind of you because we are farmers and they are using our current for there own purpose.

          On 7th march 2019, i complained to electricity department about abnormally low electricity bills for my household (Rental) meter and abnormally high electricity bills for the common facilities meter at my building through an email to [protected]@tssouthernpower.com (Find the email in the attachment with subject electric meter malfunction/power theft - reg). No action was taken in this regard.

          We have received an electricity bill of rs.1861.00 for the month (08/07/2019 to 10/08/2019) .in this bill present and previous month readings are both are same and i gor heavy current bill amount Rs.1861 i don't know the reason. Please find the details below.

          Last month from 10/06/2019 to 08/07/2019 for the 152 units i got Rs. 645/-which is true.
          The person who had recorded the units did a mistake not taking the reading correctly!

            The Line man Ahmed Shaikh come to cut down the meter power before the due date and misbehaved when we informed that we have already paid and due date is still not reached. This incident occurred today too so i thought to raise a complaint against it.
            The bill is also generated for more than 30 days which results in increase in unit count.
            this is regular problem with this area line man . In spite of paying bill he comes to cut power and argues rudely.

            Please do check the number of days for last few months in this year, it would be more than 30 days. It results in increase in units and bill amount.

              I have paid my bill twice last month (June 2019), amount rs. 10, 237. Once i paid on 21st june, but the electricity board came to my house and said they have not received payment. At that time i was not at home and also my payment statement did not reflect the 10, 000 deduction, so again i paid the full amount on 26th june 2019, thinking the previous payment was not successful. But on month end when i got my bank statement, it shows twice the amount has been deducted. Both the mode of payment was online.

                I received an exorbitant bill from tspdcl for rs 8875/- when summer has gone away in hyderabad and its cool. So there is not even use of ac's.
                Even in peak summer months of april may, my bills have not exceeded 5000/-
                I have paid this huge amount for the month of july as i think there is a policy of "pay first and then complain"
                Please rectify and sort this out

                        I have consumed 194 units as of july 2019
                        and for this i have been charged 1317 rs .Why is this high pricing, i have been overcharged so much.And when we contact to tsspdcl customer care they are soo irresponsible .

                          Sc no bz050055 chinna thokatta substation i already raised a complaint about excess bill and the way the staff behaved. It didnt get resolved yet. And again i got bil of 812 this month where i didnt use pwr much.. There are 3 meters including ours so one meter is not working and another one meter getting 50 rupees bill inspite o[censored]sing fridge, tv, etc.. Linemen came and told that there is a problm that both meters bill is including in our bill.. The thing is he is asking to bring electrician and resolve it coz they dont know the work. What is the point of callimg private electrician paying again 500-1000rupees where am already paying excess of electricity bill. What is the need of electricity dept guys available for us. When i spoke to ae she is saying they can just check meters.. And she is saying keep meter for testing for that i need to pay dd and visit eragadda office.. If we observe there is no wrk done by them we should roam like dogs for electricity ofc, for electricians, for erragadda electricity office whatever they say and also we need to pay the bill amount which already generated what a good public service. I wish i could be an employee in govt electricity dept. The way the ae speaking was not in the right manner. Resolve my issue as soon as possible

                            My electric meter is not working and it got stuck. And when tsspdcl agent came to take the reading, he said that to make a dd of 1300 to replace the meter.
                            This is really unfair that they are charging for the meter which itself became faulty (Stuck) and it is not our fault and still asking to pay for it.
                            Please kindly look into this matter.

                              This is in regards to the electricity bill for the connection number - [protected], as of month of july. As per the meter reading as of today, the number o[censored]nits consumed is only 52 after the last bill which we received for the month of June, where as the bill amount we have received is showing 10, 084 INR for the same amount o[censored]nits consumed. We would like to request for a recheck as we are 3 working women living in the house with basic set of electrical appliances. So request you to look into this issue at your earliest convenience as the due date of the bill is 18th of august and we will only be able to pay the bill once we receive the correct amount.                                 I am staying in luxor park, pjr enclave chandanagar hyderabad. On july month the bill generation has discrepancy due to the manual generation of bill. As i know my consumption level of power units at home. I always get the power bill on an average 800rs but this time they charged me 1400+ and the next subsequent month in august i got only 200 which means the last month bill is generated wrongly which makes me pay more. I want my amount which excess paid back.

                                  From past 1 week, there is frequent power cutoff in thumukunta, why is this happening frequently and also for whole day not even few hours.
                                  This is happening daily, not sometimes.
                                  It is very difficult to stay at home and for basic need also we require power.
                                  This is making very much problem for public to survive.
                                  Many complaint have been raised to local department but no use
                                  It is the same each and every day now.

                                      We got high amount bill around 3000 rupees of pwr bill inspite of not using power at home. Previous month paid amount of 700 was also included. So i went to electricity office of newbowenpally near spencers there was no proper response.. There was a lady who is not at all intrested to talk at all.. Atfirst she told it is mentioned as door lock so average units are taken but our meters are outside only and i was available at home there is no way for doorlock. Later when i told this she said no one will get less bill like 700 in summer so it was taken average units.. How can average units taken inspite of my presence? And our neighbours got exct bill how come its possible and for her 700 is less amount for summer we at home dont have ac to get morebill. She was tryimg to convince that it was totally our mistake and we used pwr. And the way the lady behaved was very worst she was showing too much attitude.. If she is a govt employ do we public looking so cheap that she is not at all caring when i talk.. This is nearly third time whenever we go no proper response.. Surrounding newbowenpally three curent offices near kv school, near post office and near spencers bapujinagar no employee will give response properly personlly and publicly i saw.. I being educated they r not responding in a proper manner no respect towards our problem i can imagine how they treat uneducated or other common people. Please take necesary action and make necessary changes so that it would be helpful for us.. Atlast there was no solution i paid total current bill.. My pblm is not abt the money i paid but the way they behaved at office. The lady and there was other gent when i was talking they were ignoring they dont want to listen to my issue at all. Atleast that guy checked online but the way that lady behaved was the worst.

                                      We are facing freequent power failures in our area (Kushaiguda) through out the day minimum 6 to 10 times without any reason . Though the power gets restored within 5mts, we are unable to understand the reason for the failure.
