I have paid my bill twice last month (June 2019), amount rs. 10, 237. Once i paid on 21st june, but the electricity board came to my house and said they have not received payment. At that time i was not at home and also my payment statement did not reflect the 10, 000 deduction, so again i paid the full amount on 26th june 2019, thinking the previous payment was not successful. But on month end when i got my bank statement, it shows twice the amount has been deducted. Both the mode of payment was online.

I thought this month the amount will be adjusted, but i again got a fresh bill for august 2019 of rs 2696.
I am attaching the bill payment proofs as well. Please check i have paid the same amount twice.
Please check this because i have paid rs.10, 000 extra!
