We got high amount bill around 3000 rupees of pwr bill inspite of not using power at home. Previous month paid amount of 700 was also included. So i went to electricity office of newbowenpally near spencers there was no proper response.. There was a lady who is not at all intrested to talk at all.. Atfirst she told it is mentioned as door lock so average units are taken but our meters are outside only and i was available at home there is no way for doorlock. Later when i told this she said no one will get less bill like 700 in summer so it was taken average units.. How can average units taken inspite of my presence? And our neighbours got exct bill how come its possible and for her 700 is less amount for summer we at home dont have ac to get morebill. She was tryimg to convince that it was totally our mistake and we used pwr. And the way the lady behaved was very worst she was showing too much attitude.. If she is a govt employ do we public looking so cheap that she is not at all caring when i talk.. This is nearly third time whenever we go no proper response.. Surrounding newbowenpally three curent offices near kv school, near post office and near spencers bapujinagar no employee will give response properly personlly and publicly i saw.. I being educated they r not responding in a proper manner no respect towards our problem i can imagine how they treat uneducated or other common people. Please take necesary action and make necessary changes so that it would be helpful for us.. Atlast there was no solution i paid total current bill.. My pblm is not abt the money i paid but the way they behaved at office. The lady and there was other gent when i was talking they were ignoring they dont want to listen to my issue at all. Atleast that guy checked online but the way that lady behaved was the worst.

We are facing freequent power failures in our area (Kushaiguda) through out the day minimum 6 to 10 times without any reason . Though the power gets restored within 5mts, we are unable to understand the reason for the failure.

    Since yesterday there is no power in our house. After much waiting and verifying with local electrical engineer, the issue is found to be at the pole.
    So, we have reported the same to telengana power distribution customer service number 15533 today. They acknowledged that line-men will be sent. But no one turned till now.

      Dear sir broadband cable wires attached with boxes put on home service wires due to heavy rain or water/air, heavy vehicles passing from cable side my service wires got electric fluctuation and burnt my television, ceiling fans, lights.
      Even i tell to the person that your cables attached to the poles but there is no response from him and again put on my service wires so kindly look in the matter and do justice to me about my expenditures and solve the issue as soon as possible.

          Hi. My unique service number is[protected]. The reading was taken on 08th july. The billing period is 01st june to 30th june 2019.

          This june bill includes the reading of the may also. The may bill was pain on the 19th june and same has been shown on the electricity bill given on 08th july.

          So it is duplicate reading. Kindly adjust the reading in subsequent months.

            Wrong electricity billing since 2 years in vadlakonda village, parvathagiri mandal, warangal district, telangana state.

            There is no response when called the respective lineman (Gopal) and ae on their mobile number multiple times.
            Seems the issue might be due to the meter and needs to be replaced if needed.

            Please work out on the issue and get it resolved. This is causing an issue and we are not going to pay the electricity bill until the issue is resolved.

              Dear Authorities,

              We have received a development charge of around 6400 for our apartment common connection, way back in 2016 and I have moved to the apartment recently without any knowledge about this. Today the Madhapur AE has sent some one to disconnect the power, that interrupts lift for all the flats.

              The notice (attached) they have given is an intimation of disconnection (striking off the due time of 24 hours). When we asked the AE about the improper notice and abrupt termination, he was very arrogant and says we can't do anything if we approach any court in the country and not at all willing to renew the power to the lift (which is mandatory for elderly people and emergencies from all the flats).

              Please confirm if the AE has the authority to disconnect with the notice he served? As per my idea of consumer law, the consumer has to be given a prior notice with a minimum time of 24 hours to clear the due. If this is right, please educate your staff and remind him that he is a public servant and not any ultimate authority to enter any premises and disconnect as per his own rules.

                I am not able to change name on elecrticity bill, as in the sale deed no whete the developers name was mentioned as the land owner was the previous owner of my flat and i bought it from them .thre was no legal agreement between the landowner and the developer, so their name was not mentioned in the sale deed.now they are not accepting the application as the saledeed do not have the name of the developer and the elecricity bill is on the name of the developer, please let me know what can b done

                  I have submited a request to change category with tsspdcl through online on 22nd june19 req no cc[protected]. I received an sms on 26th june stating the issue got resolved. However still category not changed and i received this month bill under non domestic. While submitting the request i have paid 30rs as a service charge in the portal through netbanking. Attached is the sms confirmation of complaint status. Kindly look into this....

                    I have paid my bill twice last month (June 2019), amount rs. 10, 237. Once i paid on 21st june, but the electricity board came to my house and said they have not received payment. At that time i was not at home and also my payment statement did not reflect the 10, 000 deduction, so again i paid the full amount on 26th june 2019, thinking the previous payment was not successful. But on month end when i got my bank statement, it shows twice the amount has been deducted. Both the mode of payment was online.

                        Kokapet people got problems regarding dogs, Some of the dogs are chasing the bikes and some of them trying to bite us.

                        It is not possible for us to walk alone on the roads of kokapet.

                        Recently i tried to count the whole dogs around kokapet, I got count of 25+, If we leave them like that, in the next year we can count 100.

                              In our residential complex of 400+ flats, vasathi anandi at peerancheru hyderabad, under tsspdcl, connection for entire society has been cut from transformer outside, due to non payment from 30-40 odd flats. Entire complex has no power, hence water can not be pumped to overhead tanks, hence no water as well. For 90% of flats who have been paying bills on time, this is a completely atrocious and unacceptable act

                              USC[protected]...i dont know hiw my bill has an outstanding amount of 10012 as no one is living in the house since 3-4 months.. Even previously the bill was charged 10000 in month of march /april... Plzz rectify the mistake and let me know the bill amount

                                I made an online application for an additional meter connection (Lt1) for 2kw to my existing home on 18-jun-2019 and made payment of ₹3, 292.13 via a credit card payment.

                                Initially the application status read ‘meter released, will be fixed’ and after 7 days, the application status on the tsspdcl on the website, is now reading as ‘rejected’.

                                There is no single day that electricity didn't went off in our area.. At nights 2:00 am it suddenly goes. At once, power goes off entire day.                                 Looks like we are living in a village.Any time either day or night, electricity just go off.There is no single day when electricity doesn’t go. At nights 2:00 am it suddenly goes.One day it went at morning 10:00 am and it didn’t come till evening 5:00 pm, after that I called electrician personally to look into it.Could any one please look into this.

                                There is no street light since 2years behind ambedkar nagar bustop, i.e. Ayyappa Nagar colony, Old Alwal, Secunderabad. People nearby are facing problems, and lot of thefts and accidents has being going in the darkness.
