wrong bill - july 2019

Hi. My unique service number is[protected]. The reading was taken on 08th july. The billing period is 01st june to 30th june 2019.

This june bill includes the reading of the may also. The may bill was pain on the 19th june and same has been shown on the electricity bill given on 08th july.

So it is duplicate reading. Kindly adjust the reading in subsequent months.

wrong electricity billing - lineman and ae irresponsibility

Wrong electricity billing since 2 years in vadlakonda village, parvathagiri mandal, warangal district, telangana state.

There is no response when called the respective lineman (Gopal) and ae on their mobile number multiple times.
Seems the issue might be due to the meter and needs to be replaced if needed.

Please work out on the issue and get it resolved. This is causing an issue and we are not going...

abrupt disconnection without prior notice

non domestic to domestic category change

I have submited a request to change category with tsspdcl through online on 22nd june19 req no cc[protected]. I received an sms on 26th june stating the issue got resolved. However still category not changed and i received this month bill under non domestic. While submitting the request i have paid 30rs as a service charge in the portal through netbanking. Attached is the sms confirmation of complaint status. Kindly look into this....

power bill issue

Hi, my last month (May-june) reading is 17727 and this month (June-july) 17779, but in the power bill they printed previous reading is 17727 and this month reading also 17727 but in the total units showing 102 for that power bill is 395.
How they will give without mentioning the present month reading, if we calculate[protected] = 0 units will come. Please check about this complaints. I am from khiaratabad, telangan....

paid electricity bill twice

I accidentally paid the same electricity bill twice on june month, i. E on 09th june 2019 (Paytm - 541rs) and on 13th june (Auto deduct from credit card - 541rs).

I thought 541rs will be adjusted on this july month, but the bill has not adjusted with 541rs on july.

Jyoti tempered the current meter with a electrician and made it to show less units, so that they get less current bill of below rs.500, the actual bill should be above 10, 000, they have water motor, ac, 2 fridge, 10fans, 20 lights, tv, washing machine etc, which works 24/7, please check and punish such people. Who made huge loss to telangana electricity department....

connection has been cut for no reason

In our residential complex of 400+ flats, vasathi anandi at peerancheru hyderabad, under tsspdcl, connection for entire society has been cut from transformer outside, due to non payment from 30-40 odd flats. Entire complex has no power, hence water can not be pumped to overhead tanks, hence no water as well. For 90% of flats who have been paying bills on time, this is a completely atrocious and unacceptable act...

I made an online application for an additional meter connection (Lt1) for 2kw to my existing home on 18-jun-2019 and made payment of ₹3, 292.13 via a credit card payment.

Initially the application status read ‘meter released, will be fixed’ and after 7 days, the application status on the tsspdcl on the website, is now reading as ‘rejected’.

difference in bill amount and amount showing in paytm

I regularly pay the Electricity bill through paytm. Last month I payed the bill on May 16 th through payTM and the amount mentioned was Rs. 5626. After 2 days I received the bill and it was mentioned Rs.5369. There is a difference of Rs .255.
Every time I pay the Electricity bill, the bill amount and the amount mentioned in paytm shows the same. This type of mistake has happened only last month.

wrong meter reading and billing for month of may-2019
