I have made online bill payment of electricity bill twice on 15th May 2019 and on 19th May 2019.

Reason:
Payment done through HDFC bank auto payment option (Ref transaction number Q[protected].
Payment done through PayTM (Ref no: [protected]).

Details:
Tsspdcl USC no is :[protected]
The extra amount paid in (May 19) is Rs 5686
Current month's (June) bill amount: Rs 3826
The amount is not adjusted in current month (Please adjust all the amount in the subsequent bill generations. As due date is very near, please help me on this asap.

    I am resident of Maruthinagar, Mehdipatnam Ring Road, Opp Piller No 85, Crystal Gardens, Hyderabad. My Service No S9005950 Opp Sultanbaba Dargah.We have service line pole beside my building No 13-6-434/C/190A, Maruthinagar, that particular Pole BENT almost 4 years we have made several compaints to the department people noboday has taken any action. Now we are in Rainy Season ther is lot of winds, we are affraid of that pole. It may fall any day. Kindly take immediate action for replacement otherwise it may fall any time it will damage the human life.

      Dear sir,

      I am writing this on behalf of gulmohar gardens annexe apartment, we have about 115 flats in this apartment. We are experiencing high voltage which sometime exceeds 270 volts due to which the electrical appliances in many flats are getting damaged. I request the authorities to look into this issue and step down the voltage by atleast 30-35 volts.

      Your immediate attention in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

      Power bill need change meter or check once . Because I am getting too much power every month pls check and replace the meter if needed...I am experiencing this by second time..first it is less amount that's I am not sure to complaint...pls rectify the complaint..once you checked

        Sir,

        I have received current month bill today. Total units consumed (as per bill info) are 192 and Days mentioned 29, RMD:0.66

        As per Tariff schedule, I come under CAT- LT 1B (i) and unit charges are up to 100 and above 100 (upto 200) are Rs.3.3/- & Rs.4.3/-resp.

        Then energy charges for the units consumed are (100*3.3+92*4.3=)726/- but in the bill it is mentioned 971/- which gives an impression that Rs. 245/- charging excessively.

        Request to look into the issue and resolve pls.

          acd charges

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I got my power bill today 4th june 2019, i am afraid the bill is showing Rs. 1388/-, every month i used to pay Rs. 210 /-. suddenly in the bill i saw ACD charges DUE. What exactly it is i am wondering what are these charges.

          Why sudden charges, what are the ACD charges, this is too-much which is very huge burden for me.

          Dear sir,
          I, syed aiyub ahmed owner of property in balapur. My meter connection has been completely disconnected 5 days back and my tenants are suffering severely due to it. My tenants have their workshops in my commercial plot and they are facing major problems in their work.
          The meter with s. No:2743 0395 and usc no:[protected] was disconnected due to some older issue which is not related to me. The department members came and gave me a notice to pay rs.2, 14, 270 about which i am unaware and i am not responsible for this case. The ade, mamidipally is harassing me for this case which is not related to me, and forcing me to pay the pending amount of someone else i. E:rs.2, 14, 270. The meter related to this case was fixed by electricity department itself without informing me and they were collecting the bills from my tenants, but now they are issuing me notice which is related to someone else's meter.
          Therefore, i request you to pay attention towards this case and i request you to do enquiry about the real person responsible for that pending amount and the members of the electicity department who had fit the meter. Also i request you to stop harrassing me for the money about which i am irresponsible.
          Hope you will try to solve this problem as soon as possible and my meter will be soon reconnected.

              Hi team, i'm not sure if this gonna help me, however i'm left with limited options, i personally think that this would be my last written complaint, this is am ongoing problem (Power outage at pv enclave samatha nagar old bowenpally). Now at midnight 2:00 am. You know it better about calling the bowenpally numbers ha ha it's been a joke for last 2 months now. The power outage is a very common issue now at bowenpally samatha nagar.

                I’m resident of vanasthalipuram (Hyd), kamalanagar. There is a frequent power cut for 2-3 hours for the past 10 days during nights. As it is summer it is very difficult for the public to sustain this power cuts especially during nights.

                    This is ravikiran, i raised a request in tsspcdl for additional load of 1000 watts and i did online payment for that but amount debited but the transaction was incompleted. I did not receive my refund amount. Please help me to process for the additional load or try to refund my amount.

                        Energy charges were 582.40, why it was

                          This is completely pathetic service. The telephone numbers aren't upgraded nor work promptly. I don't know why our city is dealing with intensive power cut compared to villages. Perhaps for the reason that KCR is befitted for nothing and makes huge statements. Son of a ###* Sithafalmandi constitutioncy has turned more worse than anything. I wish to kill electrical department for their lack of service. Everyone is intended to get govt jobs but no ### is interested to work at all...!!! Thug life...!!! Grow up ####...!!!

                            I am quite disturbed to see an inflated electricity bill. How can i receive such a heavy electricity bill for domestic power consumption during the last 3 months (January-april) when we using same accessories from before. I am sure that there is a severe mistake in billing such a big amount towards electricity consumed in my house during these last months. Our actual consumed units is around 150. Then how it exceeding 250 and nearing 300 month by month? Is this how electricity department of telangana are cheating customers?? I will not make next payment until electricity department of telangana arranges to make necessary correction and remove the excess amount charged in current electricity bill.                             As per our records bills were being generated based on IR reading read by the meter, if you want your meter to be tested you are requested to lodge a complaint at ICSC/CSC at below given address duly taking demand draft in the favour of TSSPDCL of amount Rs 354/-(included GST).Based on complaint meter will be sent for testing and relevant action will be taken by AE/Op based on MRT report.For more details, pl contact AE/Op/SR Nagar on [protected].

                                My electricity usno is[protected], my electricity bill arrears as on 30-april 2019 is 0. The current month bill showing online as rs.432 (11-may-219). But actually we are not in home due to attending relative (S) marriage (S) and hardly we may be in house for april 1- - may 20 is might be hardly 5-6 days. But the bill is generated with amount as rs.432. Kindly please provide me the procedure for bill generation without meter reading how tsspdcl is generating the bills.

                                The bill amount Rs 432 is showing in Online in site.but when i check with TSSPDCL person who does meter reading in my area said we unable to make your meter reading as 'Door Locked' and we informed the same to Authorities as 'Door Locked'.
                                If really the Meter deading is done by any person, kindly please provide me the Bill with Details like Current units Used as well... to my email as noted with the Account

Payment has been shown as successful in payzapp but the same is not reflecting in tsspdcl website (Refer enclosed screenshots). Last date for payment is 22nd may, 2019.                                     This month i got electricity bill around 1800 for 136 unit of electricity used. A huge amount of 1193 was added as gst/trf diff in bills of everyone in my building. Could you please let me know why it was added. Earlier we used to get a bill around 600 only. And please provide contact details of the concerned person. It will of great help

                                      extra charges in electricity bill in the name of gst / trf diff

                                      I have been charged rs 1567 for may-2019, electricity bill. I have only consumed 105 units.
                                      Why there are extra charges implemented in the name of gst / trf diff (Rs 1193.40)?

                                      This is really a big pain to the consumers like me to see huge bill. Energy charges for me is rs 410, where as i have charged more rs 1567 for gst / trf diff in the bill.

                                      Please respond to my concern and advise why it has been charged?br...
