While paying bill online through tsspdcl app, amount got deducted from bank but payment status still showing arrears i.e, not paid

Hi mistakenly i paid extra 2200 amount for electricity bill on 3rd sep 2022 and today on 8sep i got bill of rs 803 (without adjustment) .. when the amount get adjusted??? usc[protected]

Power cuts for long time continuously. We have call to the electricity department also but they are say that they will come and see but till now no one have turned up i fully believe that as quick as action should be taken on this. Thank you.

I have applied for a new connection . Initially I received a message stating that I need to upload a document once again (sale deed and bill that should be self attested). Which I did . But later I received a message stating that my application has been rejected due to not uploading the document.
I haven't received any refund till now for the same.

I received an electricity bill for June month of Rs. 6162 and make the payment in July two times.

I thought it will get adjusted in the July bill but again I received the bill of Rs. 2185.

Kindly suggest the solution

I am a resident of laxmi apts, malakpet, hyderabad. Our power is supplied by chanchalguda electricity Board. Everyday these people cut our power constantly for hours at any time. We constantly do not have electricity for almost more than 7-8 hours. And till date none of the customer care numbers available on the websites have responded. We have to constantly call the central electricity number 1912 and register our complaint by providing our USC number. All other numbers provided on the tsspdcl website abruptly cut our calls and some numbers aren't available only. We have tried calling every possible number but there is no response. Once or twice the fuse off officer has picked our call and has given us abrupt reasons stating that there is some fixing work going on. But for that everyday they have been cutting our power supply and no genuine reason provided buly them. This has been continuing everyday now. It has caused us not only grave inconvenience but also a huge loss in our work and careers of our children which we couldn't do it due to no electricity supply for hours constantly everyday. I have sent mails to the southern power given on the website and I only got a standard message that they will look into the issue but till date they have not looked into the issue or have fixed the issue permanently causing power cut to our area. We have no alternate numbers to whom we could reach out to if we have power cuts. This issue has not been taken seriously everytime single time I have complained about it. They have cut our power supply even during midnights and not just during the daytime. I have given many written complaints on the tsspdcl website, written mails to them and gave complaint on every possible number who received our calls after multiple calls, yet no action has been taken. We have been paying hefty electricity bills with half of the time no power supply only.

Wrong bill generated the actual amount should be less than 2000. wrong meter reading taken because the meter is not running.

We've been charged far more than what we should be charged because of wrong entry of meter reading

Current reading as I see in the meter: 19575

Because of this mistake, we are charged 9866 which is far more than what we should be charged

I request this to be escalated and correct the reading with the actual reading that is being shown in the meter

#TSPDCL sir, requests to resolve frequent power failure issues in area (Green fields colony, B venture) have been repeatedly ignored by the offices of Lothukunta, Lalbazar. This has been a 10+ year pursuit.+Rude replies by linemen. Unfriendly customer care. kindly assist asap.
