Hi team,

This month i got electricity bill around 1800 for 136 unit of electricity used. A huge amount of 1193 was added as gst/trf diff in bills of everyone in my building. Could you please let me know why it was added. Earlier we used to get a bill around 600 only. And please provide contact details of the concerned person. It will of great help

    extra charges in electricity bill in the name of gst / trf diff

    I have been charged rs 1567 for may-2019, electricity bill. I have only consumed 105 units.
    Why there are extra charges implemented in the name of gst / trf diff (Rs 1193.40)?

    This is really a big pain to the consumers like me to see huge bill. Energy charges for me is rs 410, where as i have charged more rs 1567 for gst / trf diff in the bill.

    Please respond to my concern and advise why it has been charged?br...

    This is regarding our bill for the month of april - may 2019 which is almost 3 times more it should come...
    Also to inform u that in above month we were outside (Outstation) for almost 15 days.
    Also for ur information we don't have heavy duty appliances in our home such as air-condition, our geyser is also nt in use bcoz of summer etc...

          Hi, I uaually pay by power bill through paytm and frm the past two mnths also i did the same, but in the bill it showing as not paid and adding the amount in the new bill, i paid two mnths bill last time and now it came with three months amount
          Example: month 1: month 1
          Month 2: Month 1+month 2
          Now month 3: month 1+ month 2+month 3
          I dont know whom to consult regarding this, please look into this and provide solution for the same.

            regarding gst/trf diff in electricity bill

            I have been charged rs 1209.60 for may-2019, electricity bill. I have only consumed 190 units.
            Why so much charges implemented in the name of gst / trf diff?

            This is really a big pain to the consumers like me to see huge bill. Energy charges for me is rs 697, where as i have charged more rs 1209.60 for gst / trf diff in the bill.

            We didn't get bill yet for May'2019. Because of delayed billing, we have to bear extra charges. Previously I faced same issue and raised complaints. Every month I can't keep on raising complaints for billing and then for bill correction. Please help.

              Dear sir/Ma'am
              I'm the resident of Lbnagar, shivaganga colony, road no 1, Hyderabad

              The person who prints our electricity bill is deliberately entering wrong reading from past two months as we had an argument with him earlier as once he collected money from us saying that he would pay bills but he didn't. After two months he had paid the amount.
              Now he enters wrong reading and says bill will definitely be high for the coming months also..
              The meter stopped working initially in the month of feb_March and so the previous and present month reading was same. The minimum amount of 60 was charged. Then in the month of march_feb the previous and present month reading was same but he entered wrong units and1912 rupees was charged. Now in the month of April _may the meter has started working for 10 days and the reading of the meter and units is entered wrong.
              Kindly resolve this issue..

                We have very few items and still getting a very high electricity bill. We don't even have ac but we got 3500/- rupees bill this month. We would request you to please check the meter once and if possible, please change it so that we don't need to pay extra bill for what we are not even using.

                  We normally recieve the electricity bill for rs 300-500 per month. Due to summer season, march-april'19 bill was rs 1260. The usual billing date is 3rd/4th of every month. But there has been a delay of over 10 days, and today we have recieved the bill for an amount of rs 4331 for 40 days, ie, 3rd april to 13th may19. Why should i pay when the dept is irresponsible and negligent in billing on time? I request you to waive off the excess amount, and allow me to pay rs 1300/- only. Infact, i would be more than happy if you accept your mistake and waive off total billed amount. Thanks in advance.

                    Hi, we have been paying the bill correctly. But this month we have additional arrears. I don't know why is this happening? Can you all please check.

                    We have been regularly paying the bill and this is something not expected to see this month.

                    The charge break down is unwarranted. If we really had this problem why wasn't this seen in last month's bill?

                    If these arrears are correct why wasn't these reported earlier? We pay bill regularly on time. Can you all please look into the matter?

                    Note: These adjustment details and outstanding amount details will not reflected on the bill as well as in website.

                    if your this month's bill amount is < Rs. 599/- then no need to pay the bill else Pay the balance amount by deducting the credit balance from the bill amount generated at ERO RP Nilayam on all working days before due date (or) if ERO is very far then you can make part payment at bill counter's before due date and additional charges will be levied if the due date is crossed.

                      Electric pole opposite our home : 11-4-322/20/10, chilkalguda, near mch park is in damaged condition and day by day it is getting inclined to our home.

                      Couple of letters have been give to assistant engineer of sitaphalmandi circle office, till date there no action has been taken.

                      Please look into the issue on priority to avoid any human loss and vehicle damages, act immediately otherwise tsspdcl is liable for the damages caused.

                        I am electricity consumer of tsspdl - usc[protected]

                        We have seen an increase in our electricity billing for last two bills dates 6th june and 7th may.

                        There is no new electrical equipment we bought in these two months extra that would cause our electricity to go high from an average of 500rs to 1500 rs.

                        We dont use much electrical equipment apart from fans, lights, washing machine (Twice week), laptop once back from office and tv

                        I am not sure when the equipment is same from last one year why the bill has gone high

                            I request an immediate action against it as soon as possible. I have informed about this issue to some employee, but they were not taking any immediate action towards it.

                                My name is indrajith deshmukh and i stay in ranga prasad residency near rail vihar, lingampally telangana hyderabad (500019), it's been more than 15 years we are staying in this apartment and we have issue from beginning with our electricity meter, every month we get power bill or minimum 1500 and in summer our bill amount cross more than rs.5000 inr, we are facing lot if difficulty paying huge power bills, we already complained about this and they have replaced our meter twise but no use, my father is a retired government servant and retired military officer and my mother is a housewife they both are senior citizens and they regularly get depressed because of huge power bills, i need you to please help us on this issue

                                  3 phase lt meter burn out

                                  As per our records bills were being generated based on IR reading read by the meter, if you want your meter to be tested you are requested to lodge a complaint at ICSC/CSC at below given address duly taking demand draft in the favour of TSSPDCL of amount Rs 354/-(included GST).Based on complaint meter will be sent for testing and relevant action will be taken by AE/Op based on MRT report.For more details, pl contact AE/Op/Erragadda [protected].

                                  Problem is not with meter. Bill says "Arrears" is adding extra amount. Why and what arrears is added is my question.
