Please kindly verify the following meter bearing number : usc no :[protected] & s no :v1090950 (Flat no :401, 2-2-22, prashanti niwas, dd colony, bagh amberpet, hyderabad) as for the past two months we have been getting heavy monthly bills (This month almost 6179/-) usually we get approximately rs.500 plus.. Please arrange to replace the meter at the earliest possible as already am paying huge bills without my fault

As per our records bills were being generated based on IR reading read by the meter, if you want your meter to be tested you are requested to lodge a complaint at ICSC/CSC at below given address duly taking demand draft in the favour of TSSPDCL of amount Rs 354/-(included GST).Based on complaint meter will be sent for testing and relevant action will be taken by AE/Op based on MRT report.For more details, pl contact AE/OP/Ramalayam on [protected] in this regard.

    I request you to take strict action on line man ravi of balaji nagar ero no:313. On several intimation at current office this person even after paying bill he disconnects our power connection from main supply.

    This time we came from hospital with my new born baby and saw this fellow came and disconnected power supply even after paying the monthly bill.

    As we forgot to pay the bill, and the due date crossed was just 3 days . They simply disconnected without intimation as we were not in the house..

    It's ridiculous . They are simply rude when I just contacted ..

        I am Colonel K Srinivas (Army). My home fuse of electric meter removed by Mr Praveen and Mr Raju both are Linemen's of Lal Bazar Elect office on 23 Oct without confirming me about payment of bill where as I was remitted on 22 Oct 18. I have shown my payment receipt to AE and requested 15 times physically and telephonically. We have no power in my home since 9 days. There is no response from the above 3 personnel's. Even they are not returning fuse. Request instruct them to return fuse. Other wise I will file a consumer court case against them. Service No is AZ006732 and USC No[protected]

            I have paid my current bill today through tsspdcl bill desk using payment mode. The payment got deducted but it went to apspdcl account and my bill amount did not change. I paid again using internet banking and this time it went to tsspdcl account and the payment got deducted in my bill. I would like to know how to get my money back from apspdcl.

            Hi,

            In response to your answer, yes, I am aware that I have wrongly paid to APSPDCL and I did pay my bill to TSSPDCL through internet banking. However, it is not my fault that the UPI payment mode on "TSSPDCL" bill desk redirects your payment to APSPDCL account. It is very confusing and must be corrected immediately. I will contact the number you have mentioned. Thanks for the reply.

              Today Ae/op/Ramalayam has reported that he inspected your service and it is noticed that meter is in no-disply status (struck-up) therefore meter was replaced in the presence of your representative and it is to inform you that the Oct/2018 bill was issued with status 2 with average units as per department procedures in vogue and the same was informed to your over telephone .

                Dear sir/madam,

                I'm to draw your kind attention that there is a pending bill amounting to rs.6, 800 payable by the consumer whose particulars are furnished below.

                Today certain linemen from tsspdcl visited the house to disconnect power supply. However, the tenant who has occupied the flat, cleverly managed with the linemen and they went away without disconnecting the line.

                Now my question is how come the tsspdcl turn a blind eye and let any tom and jerry manage its linemen to avoid power disconnection in spite of the fact there is a pending bill of around rs.7, 000/-

                My request to the concerned at tsspdcl is to look into this case seriously and arrange to disconnect the power supply of the consumer unless the bill is cleared in full. The consumer details are given below;

                  I paid Tspdcl bill desk for USC no[protected] but by mistake it is showing Usc[protected] .
                  I made payment on 3/10/18 of 2991 . please help me out how to get my money I am asked to pay again The payment was wrong because of one number please help me
                  In any emergency only people call an customer care... in spite of calling 50times also the call was not answered by west marredpally electricity customer care [protected]. If that was the case of not handling customer its waste of keep a customer care service.

                        paid my bill twice

                        I have paid my bill 3065rs extra/twice in the month of may and i dint had a chance to look at bill history until this month... Bill history shows as arrears 3065rs so do i have to pay this months bill 687rs or they will debit my bill amount from arrears without any requests, please help us on this issue, cause i'm already getting warning messages to pay my this month bill....

                        Please arrange to disconnect power supply to the number, since the tenant is not paying the bill amount for the past 4 months which has exceeded rs.1200.
                        The tenant is not willing to clear the bills inspite of repeated reminders. Hence i request you to disconnect the power temporarily unless he clears the the bill in full.

                            Hello, i'm a tenant staying at an individual house at ayyappa society, madhapur hyderabad.
                            For two consecutive months my meter consumption is shown 213 units stating the bill for 1166 rupees. I checked online and it says meter was stuck up.
                            I asked house caretaker, she said that the meter was changed. Which i wasn't aware of. I wanted to whats's the process for the clarification for it, i can't these heavy bills every month. I wanted to know how (If) it can be balanced or cleared up. And for how many more months will i be charged this much.

                            It is to inform you that 1)If the meter struck up it will takes 3Months average automatically(software created by TSSPDCL authorities).
                            2)There is no fault from ur side .thatway the department replaced the meter by own, without collecting any charges.u need not to pay any excess amount, u have to pay only units used by ur side.

                                As per our records bills were being generated based on IR reading read by the meter, if you want your meter to be tested you are requested to lodge a complaint at ICSC/CSC at below given address duly taking demand draft in the favour of TSSPDCL of amount
                                Rs 118/-(included GST).Based on complaint meter will be sent for testing and relevant action will be taken by AE/Op based on MRT report.For more details, pl contact AE/Op/Balaji Nagar on [protected] in this regard.

                                  Hi sir,

                                  I am a tenant of Siva Reddy, my power bill was 195 rupees but when I was supposed to pay the bill from the bill desk, it shows 544 rupees and after a couple of hours, I got the same thing in the message.

                                  Please check the attachment once, there the bill amount shows 195 but it updated in the system wrongly.

                                  Please check and resolve asap.

                                    I have applied for lt meter from the electricity office with reg. No. Nr[protected]. I have paid amount 1430 rupees. This meter has been rejected about two months before but i have not yet received payment back or even adjusted in monthly bill of other electricity meter i have.

                                      In reply to your customer service reply... I want to submit the following lines for your consideration... How can they say that the meter is struck., when we are away from the house from 23rd august to visit usa. And we switched off the main to avoid short circuits., and you say simply put under meter struck up status.. Please also see my previous bill history which shows several thousands we paid from april to august 2018., when we were in india (Stayed in the above house at hyderabad)
                                      I request you., please see my issue is closed soon.. Which is 100% justifiable., and made arrangements to adjust the bill with minimum amount.

                                      I thank you so much for your immediate response regarding my case...
                                      Today when I checked to pay the bill online from USA, it is still showing Rs1769/-
                                      As the last date of the bill payment is fastly approaching (20th October2018)
                                      kindly do the needful before 20th October.
                                      I really thank you once again for your THE BEST RESPONSE through this website, particularly for Senior Citizens like me, who can not go frequently to the respective offices.
