We usually get an average bill of 2000 per month and this month we have received a bill of INR 8681/- which is 4 times higher.

There seems to be incorrect billing, last month we received a bill for INR 240/-. Last month units and this month units together have been billed at a higher slab rate which is incorrect.

      I have paid my electricity bill of Rs. 1909 twice by two modes for my USN No :[protected]

      Now i have received current bill of Rs 1469 which is not adjusted in the current August...

        I have arrears in Negative (excess paid) in earlier months. But this is not adjusted in the monthly bill. Can I stop the payment Until the excess amount becomes zero. Please advise.

                Hi. Service no.[protected] rafi poultry situated in shamshabad. There is no power supply since 2 days. No body is lifting calls. If some one lifts they tell to call another person. No body wants to take responsibility. I tried to call ade shamshabad ae shamshabad and so many people, no body wants to clear.

                  I am paying electricity bills for my flat on time, regardless department is disconnecting my power-supply; this is happening repeatedly every month from last 2-years. When I ask the lineman/bill-collector for the reason, he says their higher officer asked to cut the connection for whole building when any other flat owner doesn't pay his bills. I do not understand why I am getting punished for someone who doesn't pay his bills. Is it my responsibility to make others pay (am I collection agent)?
                  Department persons are acting like goons and torturing us every month who are pay bills on time like me and forcing us to go to defaulters.

                      I have given complaint in ghmc app aswells as in twitter regarding street lights not glowing and getting huge spark at transformer whenever raining ..

                      We are facing this issue from past 5 years but no response from higher officials.

                      This could be taken very urgent as street light placed at turning of 3 roads, causing problems to commuters and old age people

                        Dear sir, Near our house at street no 6, Newmaruthi Nagar, Kothapet, Transformer Shifted to RCC slab from Stone basement, but earlier dismantled basement debris (Huge stones, Concrete &mud) not removed, this is causing a lot of inconvenience to vehicles further people are throwing garbage on the debris.Oral information given to Kothapet Office but no response.
                        Hence it is requested to clear debris

                            The Tsspdcl electricity was disconnected without notice for non payment of bill which was due by only 7 days. There was no reminder or notice issued for the same. There is a heart patient in the house who needs oxygen connection when necessary. Is this a right thing to do? If anything fatal happens will the department take responsibility for this? Earlier people were considerate by giving a warning/reminder. I humbly suggest necessary steps be taken so that no one is in such a situation.

                              Category change has not happened even after deadline

                              Hi,

                              For USC[protected] I have applied for category change on July 07, and the status has changed to 'Complaint Rectified in CSC (Pending at EBS)' on 14 July 2022. After this, there is no movement till now.

                              On top of this, I received a very hefty bill on 17July in Comercial rate.

                              Please help me resolve this issue....

                                  Ghatkesar mandal Aushapur Village power is being removed daily 10-12 times without any issues, this has been going on for the last 3 -6 months. I don't understand why this happens. After rain started in July we have been facing 10-12 hours power shutdown though our bills are inflated and TSPDCL is taking around 200-250 rupees per bill from every customer and not giving proper service.

                                  I think time has come for compensating Customers back for non supply o[censored]ninterrupted power on daily basis.

                                  We are being getting embraced by our relatives that we are living in such a locality frequent power cuts are on daily basis.
