Dear sir/ma'am,
Its been 2 week we are facing power issue as we got to know that the service wire issue we got the service wire on the very next day and till now no office of the power supply office came to connect the wire iam working daily i suppose to call multiple time to the department office's the lift the call and simply say we will come in an hour but till now they haven't came the no which we are dialing that is [protected] this is the worst service which is giving from this no they don't even listen to our words and disconnect the call i don't even know why the gov is giving them salary so it's my humble request to forward this to higher level and resolve my issue if the issue is not able to handle from ur end then pls forward to escalation manager how are handling...

    I have applied for a New Service connection at the MOMINPET VG section through an online service. It's been 372 days but still Application Status is Extension of Work required/ Estimate prepared but not forwarded by AE. I have uploaded all the doc. online and submitted papers in office . Please let me know if anything pending from my end.

      FM HEIGHTS Apartment, Happy Homes colony which has 11 apartments in total .Last month the Line men disconnected the power for the whole building though my apartment bill(use[protected] is cleared on time with no arrears. When asked, the line men responded stating the AE sir (Rajendranagar)ordered to disconnect power for whole building as few apartments did not clear the amount.Further there was no notice served before disconnecting the Supply.

      How can they cut power for whole building because of other dues. Please explain and also let me know if can register a complain on the AE and LINEMEN for causing inconvenience.

              Dear Sir,

              I Ravi teja, paid an amount of Rs. 654 against TSSPDCL bill no. 0090 dated 11 Jan 23 via Mobikwik app on 18 Jan 23.

              Payment was done successfully but the paid amount not updated in TSSPDCL webiste

              It is requested that please check my transection and update the bill at the earliest.

              If the payment was not received from Mobikwik app. please provide a written confirmation that the amount is not received from mobikwik app so that I can get the refund amount from Mobikwik.

                The monthly bills for Jan (2809 dated 12th Jan 2023) was generated for a consumption of zero units for Rs.245 and this was brought to the attention of the billing person but no action was taken.

                But bill for Feb (0147 dated 11th Feb 2023) was generated for high number o[censored]nits with a value of Rs.4361 which is very high.

                Both bills are wrong and the consumption for each month was not properly distributed resulting in very high billing for February and also a billing of Rs.245/-,

                Despite giving information to the concerned person orally, no action was taken so far. While Bill No. 2809 is already paid, Feb Bill is not paid due to the high value.

                Please take corrective action immediately and please send the correct bills for both months Jan and Feb 2023 so that I can pay the amount.

                    The past 10 days there has been random power cuts that have not been intimated to the locality. This power cuts goes for over 4-5 hours during the day time. People work from home and this is also causing issues for bakers and Xerox shops.
                    We have brought this issue to the local Electrician Area-In-Charge but he says it comes from the higher ups.
                    This is very insensitve on the part of the Electricity board to adhere to powercuts without intimation to the residents of the locality.
                    This should be resolved at the earliest.

                      I have paid electricity bill for duration 06/Nov/22 to 09/Dec/22 via online website on 21/Dec/22. I got success message and also the amount is debited from bank account. Now in this months bill dated 09/Dec/22 to 11/Jan/23 i have been billed again for 299 rupees as arrears. I have done online payment since many years but it never happened like this. Very dissapointing. I am a senior citizen and cannot go to your office. My USC number is[protected]. Please correct the bill amount.

                          This electricity bill complaint is related to below address

                          Complaint: Meter reading being wrongly taken for few months and causing slab change and high bill for subsequent months. Example. my avaerage consumption is 80-90 units and average bill is 250-300 rupees, but for last month reading was taken as 45 units
                          and all the remaining units got added to current month and slab changed and current bill is drastically increased to more than 600. I noticed this pattern several times and complianed but its still being repeated. Please check attached bill, resolve the issue and change meter if needed as my meter is still manual one.

                              I see that this amount is not adjusted in the bill generated on Dec, 2022. Please note that I have already paid the Dec month bill as well

                              Request you to adjust the twice paid bill amount in the next months' bill (to be generated on Jan 2023)

                                      Our normal consumption is around 1000 to 1300 untis, but in the current month bill it is being given as around 7000 units and we were charged around 70000. which is way too high compared to our average bill amount of 9000.
                                      Request to look into the same and immediately correct the same.

                                        I received current bill for last month (Oct 22) for the subjected service number with amount 130 Rs. which i paid the same on around 15 oct 22. again Sunday 30 Oct 22 i received message stating that i have due of 734 for the above USCno. then i have contacted, they send me 2 different offices. they are saying some issue happened, again they collected meter reding after a week / 10 days. due that i got this amount. request for clarity for the same.

                                        they ask me to submit the latter, for review. i have submitted the same waiting for the response.
