Sir, i have obtained 3phase elec power connection on 15.03.16 under category 2a nondomestic/commercial and paid amount rs.10050/as required. It's 1st bill dated5.5.16for rs.1087/- is wrong as per the existing tharif. Bill details service no[protected] uscno[protected], meter reading on5.5.2016. 20, on15.03.16.0. Totalunits.20. (It is a false reading since i have not started using the same so far). Energy charges 400, fixed charge 500, cust charge 60, elec, duty1.20, addl charge 150, int. On sd -25.41bill amount 1085.88, adj amount 3448.50, loss/gain-0.62, as on 31.03.15: 0.00, after 01.04.15 3449.00, total amount 1087.00. It is not under standing the adj. Amount rs.3448.50 and after 01.04.15 rs.3449.00 since my account started from 15.03.16. How ever it is regretted to see such a inflated and neglect preparation of bill.       I Mr.V Laxminarayana living at 17-3, Jyothingar, Tukramgate Secunderabad covered by ERO Sithaphalmandi,

      Sir we are facing huge problem with electricity voltage fluctuations from past 2 days, there was a spark fired in the near by transformer and are not getting three phase with which our borewells are not getting switched on, we have two fans and 1 T.V, 1 refrigerator got damaged with electricity fluctuation.

      We have been complaining to electricity department from past 2 days but no one have turned up to resolve the issue

      We have sent complaint to A.E.complaint No.111, Phone no.[protected], [protected], [protected]. from past 2 days no one has turned up on this issue, a boy came today and don't address our issue properly which remains same.not yet resolved

      So i request your intervention to resolve this issue at the earliest.

          I received bill from tsspdcl dated 04/05/2016 with bno. 6670erno:11, ero:banjara hills, sec:jubilee hills, area code 011001.
          Meter reading: 2869 (04 may 2016) and 2819 (06 apr 2016). The unit used was 50.
          I got a amount of 150 (Energy charges) + cust charges of 25 + ed of 3 = rs. 178/-.
          I have utilized only 50 units in 1 month and the energy charges of category 1a should be at the rate of rs. 1.45/unit. But tsspdcl has charges be rs. 3/per unit. I should have got bill with maximum amount of rs.100 instead of 178.

            Bill collector name Raju stepped to ask the payment on our electricity bill and i had no cash in hand asked if i can get the money thru ATM and give it, the collector denied said that's none of his business and unplugged the electric wire with rude answers without asking the reason of not paying the bill on time. It was a personal health issue due to which the payment was just an oversight for me, however i paid the bill immediately.
            Not sure if these people are educated and are being hired for TSSPDCL, wanted to ask the higher officials if they can do something about this. People do forget to pay bill but that does not mean that they Electricity dept. can go ahead and unplug the electricity in any house. Atleast Govt. should work at least this thing for the people so that they can stay happy. ERO Jeedimetla(315) Rangareddy Dist.

              Frequent voltage drops in golden habitat greenfields (B p raju marg, kondapur, 500084). Looks like these are timed... Generally start at night.
              Most of the voltage drops affect the complete apartment; a few affect only one block. These are effectively 'unannounced power cuts'
              We cannot use our acs at home!

              I request the authorities to rectify this asap as it is causing distress amongst residents..

                In Our Area after 6 PM there are Low voltage problem existing.I have already complained No CC[protected] and a Rep of TSPDCL, Bolarum had attended the Complaint and Temporarily rectified.After a day the same problem occurred and in Evening and whole nights the ACs are not taking load due to insufficient power supply.(only the fan of AC is working and the Compressor of the AC is not working).And one more problem is the Fluctuation of the current is frequently occurring in Evening Hours and the Nights. Please rectify this fault in long term basis like establishing new Transformers/frequent repairs and maintenance, etc.in our Area.

                Hello Sir,
                We stay in Tejaswi Nagar Colony, Attapur, Telangana, Hyderabad-500048 and have regular power cut and low voltage problems since many days. i have been calling 1912 and complaining them regularly and even today at 7 am that wr have a very low voltage issue since this early morning.
                Please try to resolve this as early as possible as thr earliest and should be permanent resolution.

                  Sir, i would like to inform you that last month my meter got changed and for the month of march my bill came 2600. Which is five times higher than usual. I have two fans, two light and a small size fridge which is five star rating and such a huge amount of bill is not possible and unexpected. Sir i am a person who believe in saving electricity and i use as much required. Sir i use only two hour light in evenings and after that i use zero watt bulbs for two hours so how is it possible of such a huge amount of bill. Sir i request you to please take action as soon as possible and solve my problem.

                    In our street (Suryanagar Colony Phase-3, Old Alwal) the power supply is very low.In our homes AC and other electrical gadgets are not proper working.Due to insufficient voltage we are in immense trouble in this hot summer.Please correct this low voltage problem.And the power supply is always fluctuating and due to this problem the all electrical and Electronic gadgets are in severe danger.

                        A bird called bat died while sitting on the wire or flap its wings and touch another electric wire/conductor, and it got shocked died by electrocution. Due to which there has been a foul smell in the vicinity and the power get interrupted very often and sometimes no power supply continuously to my house, plot no. 41, sri chakra enclave, kandiguda sainikpuri, secunderabad - 500094.

                        It is requested to get removed the dead bird from the live line and restore power supply to house at the earliest.

                            Hi,

                            My electricity meter was recently changed after we raised a complaint with tsspdcl that around 23 new meters in the society stopped working and were under manufacturer's warranty, the meters were changed by the electricity department.

                            Today, on 28th march 2016 i see that my electricity meter glass is broken and needs to be changed. I am giving a heads up to the department on this since the meters are affixed in the parking area, i do not have a way to protect that. Please acknowledge and attend to change the glass of the meter asap and help.

                              Accidentally paid twice for the same bill of jan 2016. When called to customer care it was told that the amount will be deducted from the next month's bill. But it wasn't so in the feb2016.

                                TSSPDCL is charging me even when meter reading is zero.
                                Date of Reading 04th Jan 2016 Open reading 8029 and close reading is 8029 net units calculated 217 and amount billed 1014.00.

                                On what basis the system calculated Net units as 217? It should be zero.

                                Note: My house is vacated since December and there is no one staying in the house.

                                For what I should pay for? The TSSPDCL is cheating customers. Somebody need to take strong action against them.

                                    In spite of registering my complaint on 23-12-15 at 630 AM at local fuse call office and followed by two calls to AE and central complaint station the serious problem is not attended.This is a recurring problem not being resolved for several months, only temporary measures are taken keeping problem alive resulting in poor quality of supply.Today my computer UPS failed due to this problem.                                       In the past 54 months of my stay in Hyderabad I have been paying the electricity bill well on time as past payment records will show. However, TSSPDCL does not appear to have any ECS facility or even a timely SMS reminder system and therefore, on a few occasions I have missed paying the power bill - online, as I usually pay - within due date. This has probably happened 3-4 times.

                                      On each instance, TSSPDCL have deputed someone - probably a lineman or a meter reader - to my premises and have simply disconnected power by switching off the mains from the meter area. On each occasion our caretaker has come to our floor to inform us of this action and - this is the SHOCKING part - every such instance has been WITHIN 3-7 DAYS OF THE DUE DATE OF PAYMENT OF BILL.

                                      I am not aware if this happens in any state and whether it is legal to disconnect the power without any warning. I feel this is malpractice and abuse of power and should be seriously looked into.

                                      I would like know if any intimations to be made before disconnection of electricity for any due connections if not it would be an illegal act I guess. Such complaints are increasing day by day and ERC to look into this matter very seriously to provide guide lines to customers on payment date and fine criteria/disconnection criteria. No where in INdia such un intimated disconnections happen and this can be ternmed as rowdy act indeed.
                                      I have faced same problem today. My consumer number is:[protected].
                                      Its 6 days past due date and I have been asked to pay bill in cash when they visited home. When I said I will do it online as I do not have 2500 cash due to cash shortage, they disconnected and left. I told them I will pay online and have never defaulted, they still did it to us. They said they have to meet their monthly targets. I have paid the amount online immediately and hope to see them show mercy on a small family with kids during this hot summer. But this cruelty.
                                      It happens in my house today feeling bad of the process/ services we have today. Electricity was disconnected within a short notice of 30 mins as the bill was due for 10 days. Too rude of people and they think of hero's by getting it disconnected. Tsspdcl can levy penalty if not paid with in due date instead of disconnection. Hope this gets answered soon
                                      It's happened to me. Just bill due for 6 days, without intimate they have disconnected my connection. I don't understand what is this? if delay they can claim penalty from us, but how they can disconnect the connection. Really it's ridiculous////please TSSPDCL CAN LOOK INTO THESE ISSUES
