Southern Railway — 9.10 local emu train is delay by 10 mins daily

Local train running from chennai central to arakonam is always late by 10-15 mins, train arrives at correct time and not departing correctly because of the loco pilot i dont knw what he is dng daily after announcement only he is running form some where, i dont knw whether u will read this, because u r getting the salary without any delay, and i am getting only half salary today and this is not only today because of this loco pilot.
