Address: No 75 Sri Krishna complex pappanaiken palayam

My concern is regarding the coach indicators that have been replaced by digital displays. I have come to the station to send my uncle and aunty who are senior citizens who are travelling by train no 16565, pnr no [protected] which was to depart by 8.15 and is running late and is expected by 9.50. The digital displays are switched off. The coach position and towards destination signages need to be permanent as they do not keep changing. It is very difficult for all passengers to locate their coach positions with the current digital displays. And The railway department has to ensure the digital displays are on at all times. Unable to upload photo of file size 2.32mb.

    The permanent coach indicators are now replaced with digital displays. But the issue is the coach positions need to be static and seen always. I came to send off my uncle and aunty who are senior citizens who are travelling by train no 16565, which is running late by 1hour and 40 minutes. When we try to locate the coach position all the digital displays are off. And also prominent signages of towards which destination should be displayed at regular intervals on the platforms. I have photos of the displays that are switched off. Unable to attach here.

      The repudiation of TDR is not justified and acceptable. This case is fit for consumer court.
      Please note that the Southern Railway had failed to very that whether the passenger has really travelled in the train or not. What for TTEs are appointed to verify the genuineness of the travelled passengers in that train? The railways is not expected to come to the conclusion that every passenger can cancel the ticket before 30 minutes of the departure of the train .Internet problem and situation beyond the control of the passenger on that particular day.
      Actually in my case I was preoccupied in consulting Urologist in Perambur Hospital. For one Health is paramount than other things. The System is not the human being and it is designed to exploit the travelling railway passengers. When other ways are available to check whether the passenger is actually travelled Southern Railway cannot jump in the conclusion basing on the system. Hard earned money of a Passenger should not be swindled by Railways like these inhuman methods.
      Let me request the SR officials (Commercial department) to vary the genuine of the case and arrange for the refund.

        Train no. 22404 what was scheduled to reach Verangna Laxmibai Jhansi Station at 4:30 reached around 7:40 and is taking 20 min to cover 9 km.

          Yesterday I went to Mambalam by train around 11.AM. I got down at the Mambalam Station.
          I found a Leather Shop. I stopped I asked what is the price of a bag.
          I asked for a bag kept in the second shelf.
          The shop keeper mistook as that I asked whether it is seconds sales. He started telling obscene and unparlimentary words to me.
          I was shocked to hear such words.
          I request the Mambalam Station authorities and RPF of that station to take stern action against that leather products shop.
          His licence should be cancelled immediately.

              Hi there,
              I boarded the Lalbagh express (12607) on 11 January 2023. The train started at 3.30 pm from Chennai Central, however the train was delayed by approximately 7 hrs. No prior intimation of the delay was announced and route change was announced. Finally we managed to get some food in Salem and the rain reached Bangalore next day (January 12) 4.00 am.
              This is absolutely not acceptable, as we were traveling with 2 kids.
              Kindly take appropriate action and arrange a refund for the food expenses and for the inconvenience caused by the Indian railways.

                I would like to draw your kind attention towards the inconvenience that the people of Ambattur and working peoples are face the lack of a fast local trains bound chennai not stopping at Ambattur. because of non availability of Platform in fast line. There are more than people struggling who are going and coming various offices, schools and colleges in ambattur. The fast locals trains bound chennai stops at villivakkam, that is 6 km away from Ambattur. the people have no option except to hire auto rickshaw or to get another train or bus to that distance. which causes a lot of inconvenience and expending extra money and time.letter was sent many times in this regard to the railways headquarters chennai but no steps has been taken as yet.

                Now, we request in behalf of all the peoples and workers using Ambattur railway station, please construct of new platforms no 4 in fastline arrange and provide stopping for all fast local trains bound to chennai at ambattur railway station .
                We shall be highly grateful to you for this.

                  We missed one of our baggage in the Chennai Egmore railway station on 19/12/2022 on platform, the baggage was left behind in the train no 17652 and coach no SE1 and seat no 33 to 38 by one of the team member, it was containing the following equipments- Tool kit, foam rollers, exercise bands, and Rowing oars buttons, Total worth of RS. 1, 00, 000. Kindly, help us registering a complaint for the missing baggage.

                    In coimbatore main railway station, there is a building where two parking facility is there, they are charging more money than usual ( 30 per day instead they are charging 70 per day), please change the contractor or take necessary action on them!! They treat customer with disrespect!! Please do necessary actions 🙏

                      As per the board in Coimbatore railway station backside the parking charges are Rs 20 for first two hours but the contractor is making bill of Rs 30 when I told him about the same he charged me 25 but the point is they are cheating the normal public Nd harassing us. I had to argue for ten minutes. Kindly check Nd let me know if the tariff has been changed

                        I am travelling from Thrissur to Aluva daily and using season ticket.
                        For parking at Aluwa railway station parking are, I was getting monthly pass for my two wheeler before corona.
                        Now all things changed back to normal and Railway allowed season ticket.
                        But the parking agency not giving monthly pass.
                        After reopening from Corona lockdown, its 7-8 months I restarted my travelling.
                        They are saying, already limit reached and can consider if someone goes out.
                        Actually that won't happen and how do we know that.
                        Everyday I have to pay the money in daily vice and wasting a lot of time.
                        There are so many people facing the same problems.
                        The parking contractor is behaving in a very bad manner.
                        Please consider and take necessary action if possible.

                                There is no display board about the departure and arrival of trains, in backside entrance. There are lot of passengers coming in via backside gate. But there is no display of digital or written boards. There is no enquiry counter too.
                                Keep a display board and enquiry staff also in back entrance of coimbatore railway station.

                                  The pantry car in train number 16382 is not good. They don't even provide evening snacks. Only tea is provided. There should be atleast provision of sale of one evening snack.

                                    My name is D.Rajesh Kumar, today morning i went to pick up my relatives on car, i just waited for 20 mintutes in the car and returned from platform no.10, i heard Rs. 40 for parking fee for 1/2 hour.

                                    The people at tollgate aruged and demanded Rs.200/- Reallly they hurt us verymuch, they treated us like their servants, as per rule they have to collect Rs.40/- for 2hours, why they have luted my hard earned money.

                                    I need a reply for this complaint and also refund my hard earned money.

                                    Please take it as a serious concern in this way your people are looting many of innocent customers like that.
