Southern Railway — compartments not properly marked on the outside

I was traveling from bangalore to chennai on 24th august by 12008 shadabdi express in coach no 5. When the train arrived at bangalore station from mysore, all the coaches were not marked with the their coach nos on the outside and some coaches were wrongly marked. This led to confusion, with passengers getting into the wrong compartment with luggage and ladies and children struggling.

Again in coach no 5 seat nos 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 were not marked.

These are simple things, can this be done,

amount is debitted 340/=Rs two times on 11.08.2017. I have checked
My transactions in that refund is mentioned to bank .I ask bank but your
irctc website you did not mentioned refund date to bank Of both the transactions. TransactionId:[protected], [protected]
