Today 01.04.2016 I travelled in mayavaram to trichy passenger train. The train departed from tanjore at right time. But for no reason the train is delayed more than one hour and still it is not reached trichy. Why such a delay. The passenger traveling in passenger train is also a human being. My ticket was not conformed.so i am trying to cancel my ticket in tambaram station at chennai.but cancellation counter opening time 8.am.my train departure time 8.15 am.After counter opening "they told befoure departure 30 min. befour u have to cancel now we can not " like that they said so i loss
