I am a eegular passenger of 56392 number passenger train to ernakulam. Mainly lot of employess who have punching at the time of entry in office are depending this train. By making irresponsinble crossing to mumbai cst kanyakumari express at kottayam, you are cheating the entire system. If you people cannot adjust the train running without late then why are you taking payment, give relaxation in the same too if the bloody train is late. Non reacted customers are your power.
