Southern Railway — Non receipt of refund against tdr filled

I ak singh, have filled a tdr against my ticket pnr no [protected] on 17 jan 17 and not received the refund amount till to date. the details are as follows-
Tdr no. 319328 dated 17 jan 17 at ernakulam rly stn
Ent to - chief commercial manager (refunds) thycaud, trivendrum.
Train no. 12224 (ers - ltt duronto express) date of jurney 02 april 17. would like to know the status of tdr as it is very late.
