I have cancelled Two tickets vide PNR NO.[protected] Train No. 12672
Date : 30.03.2017 &[protected] Train No. 12673 Date : 02.04.2017
Date of cancellation 21.02.2017 - Cancelled card Refund amount through Indian Bank RuPay Card. So far the amount is not credited in my account. Necessary cancelled ticket and Refund slip is being enclosed.

Kindly do the needful immediately to Refund the amount.
