Hi my name is Ashish shetty. I am based in united states newly married we decided to visit Munnar for our honeymoon destination. Had a great time in Munnar for 6 days. Thereafter I had reserved train tickets from ernakulam to mangalore to visit mangalore for a day and fly back to states the next day. There was a 4 hour delay in the train first. No one informed us what really happened. No one offered us any food been starving since 5 in the morning. Really upset with the services this would be my first and last time travelling in this route. A/C wasn't working. In all a devastating experience with southern railways. Was this information helpful? | |||
