Southern Railway — The, bribe refund ticket and claim

Sub: waiting list ticket journey on 02/04/2017

Ref: 1) pnr no.[protected]
2) train no.16184 date:02/04/2017 (Uzhavan express
3) journey from mayiladuturai to chennai egmore


We reserved the ticket on 08/03/2017 for three person
1) r. Ravindran age 35 male
2) r. Elavarasi age 29 female
3) r. Harini age 09 female
4) r. Harish age 03 male

On 02/04/17 morning 10.30 am waiting list no.02, 03, 04 we think that their is possible to get confirm or rac. But unfortunately we get w/l 01, 02, 03 on charting. We get into s8 we request the tte we have the children please allow to travel check the ticket and ask to wait. Near chidrambram station he came you have three breath s7 34, 37and s8 52, for that bearth you have to pay rs.500/- we are ready to pay the amount but we ask the tte for the proper bill. He refuse to give the bill so we are not agree to give rs.500/- i get back the rs.500/-. At the same time he told me you are not allow to travel in the reservation coach.
We have the children and women how can i get down please allow me in the coach to sit near rest room. He not agree to travel in the train you get down near punruti station again he came and ask rs.300/- without bill i refuse and we get down the train in villupuram station and we get the bus and i came to chennai

I want to know the tte done is correct way of approach. I say the tte we are going to complaint for that he push me in the shoulder go and complaint no one cannot do any think i have right to get down. He have any right to push me in the shoulder. And what about my reservation amount and i am not travel in the train so make me the refund the amount.
O sorry to say tte not getting salary. Tte not having the human courtesy their is any safety for my children and my wife any think happen who is responsible. If tte told me that in mayiladurai i will not get into the train. We will make some other arrangement he telling mid night 1.30am what we will do.

Please take necessary action and refund my ticket amount
