Respected madam,
I am here by writing this letter to register a complaint regarding the theft that has been happened in the parcel department. I had a 8 boxes of goods that is arrived on 28/09/2017 at 5:00pm, i went to get the goods on 01/10/2017 but i was unable to get it as they asked me to submit the original rr for the goods, then i came back on 04/10/2017 at 6:00pm with the original rr for the goods. I hired a coolie to get the goods from the storage place and he said that the goods were damaged, through phone call. I thought that it will be a minor damage and asked him to get the goods, i was waiting outside and the coolie got the gate pass for the goods and brought it outside. When i saw the goods 3 boxes were opened and completely empty and 2 boxes were really wet and it is fully damaged. I need to raise a complaint against this incident and i would kindly ask you to verify the security camera and please help me with the necessary needs.
I have also enclosed the xerox of the entire bill and gate pass for the goods.
