Southern Railway — Train no 16178 very noisy in b2 coach

Today i have a ticket B2/7 in train no16178 from trichy to chennai. It is vrey noisy and unbearable inconvenience travel to me. I ever and never have this type of journey. This coach have condemed condition. The captain jebaraj have co ordially chnge my birth because i m a heart patient. Please try to give better service by way of good coaches in future
