Southern Railway — wrong issuance of the ticket at chennai beach station | |||
Hai, My name is jagadeesh, I got a ticket from chennai beach to guindy but the ticket which is issued at the station is to ambattur. I took that ticket and i got the train which will goes to guindy after arriving at guindy station the ticket master verify the ticket and he made me to sit in the office for the payment of 255inr as it's a invalid ticket for guindy. I gave the explaining to that particular person i. E, i asked the ticket for guindy but they gave to me to ambattur i don't know this ticket is invalid to guindy and then i replied to that person that sir iam going to every day to nungambakkam from guindy whenever i take ticket they are giving me the ticket to washermanpet in that way i think ambattur is the last station for that route so i got the train. But he is very rude to me and made me to sit in his office not more than 25 mins and finally i paid 150inr because of iam having only 180inr now i want to resolve this issue and i want compensation for the insult happened me at guindy station Was this information helpful? | |||
