I ordered items from spar hypermarket website online and made online payment of rs 529. But due to some reason i was not able to collect it so i cancelled the order. I got a mail saying my order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded in 5 to 7 working days. But it has been more than 10 days and still haven't received the money back. They blocked my email i guess because i am unable to send them further mails with the email id i was using before.

How u guys are wasting your customers time.i m regular customer of spar. From now I will never visit the store and inform about this to all my friends and family.
Please let me know what action u guys are taken.
