Today we have purchased some groceries in spar shivamogga...out of which for dosa rice it was mentioned 47rs per kg..we have purchased 3kgs.but in billing its billed for 49rs per kg...after paying billing while checking items I have noticed and asked billing person but he told it has not been updated in system..this is third time I am experiencing this weird thing...if we give 1rs less also you people will not except.may be it's matter of 6rs but is it right to cheat customers like this.suggest u people to be updated about revised prices.

Security misbehaved with my wife while she was suffering with physical health issue, we did shopping today at Spar above 4000 rupees and paid for it after security checking sent all the things and bill with my driver but suddenly my wife had periods and she went in for buying Pads and paid for it at the counter showed bill at exit security but One Man came and stopped us at exit and said show the bill we showed them but they said that you were eating a biscuit before cost (10 Rupees ) show us that bill you cant exit before showing that but at that time all the things and that first bill where I paid more than 4000 rupees was in the car with the driver, i called the driver that bring that bill please and told the that person who was standing there that allow my wife to leave as she is not feeling well I am here until my driver wont come with the bill don't worry but they didn't allowed her to leave and she was facing abdominal pain bleeding that time but they did not allowed my wife and they misbehaved with us and pressurized my wife to stay with me for 20 minutes standing there with abdominal pain for a 10 rupees of biscuit there was no female security was present at all so she can talk to someone else.

I purchased groceries at spar vr mall chennai on December 22nd 2022. While billing I asked the person to bill as two invoices. He billed but Apd Idly rice 5kg gets replicated in both the bills. In the bill no. 7647 It is second last and in the bill no. 7648 it is last. So I have paid two times for the same item.

Kindly repay the amount as soon as possible.

They not giving product.

They send misleading offer sms which later turns out to be a trouble for customer only to lure and increase foot fall with such cheap and unethical practice stay alert

I ordered meals at spar kitchen they gave only two curries and that too are very bad in taste I couldn't eat that and i asked that staff person to give curd(raita) and he said extra charges will apply for curd,
I paid 70rupees for meals then why should I pay extra please take this issue seriously and take action immediately and kindly arrange nice chef at kitchen

On shopping in spar market in Marina Mall chennai omr road i was given a slip with the bill saying that on shopping of rs 99 we will get 1 kg sugar free. On 3rd aug when we did shopping of rs 99 they refused to give 1kg sugar . They said we need an sms with code for that offer. When asked for it they said some IT issue and will escalate with HO team and told us to leave as nothing can be done now.

Bought few items in SPAR Nagawara for Rs 899/- made the payment through Phonepay and it was deducted successfully but the counter staff says they did not receive it and they assured us we will receive the refund in 5 minutes and asked us to pay again. We made the payment second time but did not recieve the refund. This issue is happening for us 2 nd time in the same supermarket.

We came to purchase bag at SPAR at Marina Mall Chennai. They informed it's 1150 but at the time of billing they informed as 2300. The way they treated customer also very bad

I had placed Order No. 21654223 today on 13th Jan and amount of Rs. 2021 was prepaid by me. But when order is delivered four items not delivered- namely (Lijjat Moong Papad 200g, Mother Dairy Ultimate Paneer 200g, Spar Fresh Apple Royalgala 4Pc, Avocado ( Weight=500 g)) which of total amount Rs. 486.5.

Now i am so much surprised to see here that what type of quality Spar maintain that neither anyone from Spar customer care nor via email/sms Spar felt the need to inform its customer about some item will not be possible to deliver. Also this is highest level o[censored]nprofessionalism seen from Spar customer care team seen that they also did not feel the need to inform its customer about the amount refund that too when total order amount is 2021 INR.

I hereby request you to please confirm me about what happend to my refund amount of Rs. 486 immediately.

SPAR cancelled few items in my order and packed other products in the list - SPAR should contact me if they do not have all the products which I ordered, I called twice, and wrote 5 emails - still no response

On 27th August I have purchased a triones electric kettle 1500 watt, order no[protected], after 2 days o[censored]se it stopped working, lodged a complaint with the spar, now these people called up n informed me that this product does not have a warranty, so no refund or exchange.. Spar is selling all cheap and duplicate products which does not carry gurantee Or warranty.

Made online payment of rs 1217.25.
The oder was supposed to get delivered by 8pm, 4th Sept, 2021.
It was not delivered yet but in the app the status was showing as delivered.
On calling to the customer care for multiple times, no fruitful solution was provided but there were casual responses like 'we are checking'.

We purchased monthly provisions from spar hypermarket located in forum mall Vadapalani chennai. V came to know that v bought only 3 packets of svs sunoil refined oil but it was billed with 4 packets which costs of Rs. 190/- each. We request you to refund the amount to us after seeing suitable CCTV footages made at the venue.

I had ordered some groceries and other items online from Spar hypermarket in mangalore on 9th May 2021. I had paid Rs. 1283.75 online for the same. They delivered order worth Rs. 188/- only on 12th may 2021. Since then I have been regularly following up with their customer care for the refund of the items not delivered. But till today they haven't processed the refund. Please help me to get this issue resolved at the earliest.

I have Booked the online order for Grocery items and paid online on 28th May 2021, Order No:16751835 at Spar Hypermarket, Coimbatore. I have written more than seven times and repeated follow for the past 22 days. Still I haven't received my order. It is very pathetic customer service. Also, I have asked for refund. Still there is no response from them.

Slot was on 13th June 2021, which is not yet delivered and no updations of information

I made a purchase of Rs 3569 on 28th of May 2021 and was supposed to receive a coupon for the same (1500 cashback for a purchase of 1500). This was per the advertisement Spar had made. I have made a purchase for double the amount but have not received any coupon. I spoke twice to customer care and they told me that the coupons will be mailed to me but I am yet to receive it. Almost two weeks and no response.

They have very bad customer support especially after the delivery.

In my case i placed an order but not delivered and even refund is not given even after 20 days.

If we send email they just give an complaint number stating that you will get call from there executive with in 24 hrs which will never happen.

Tried to contact customer care will get default background music for some time and there after no tone

My order I'd is 16359581 and have ordered from gopalan mall bangalore order for rice and other item all others received but rice has not received... What will we do by keeping other items with out rice I understand the presure.. But u guys has not even informed of product not availability and refund also has not yet got..

First try to keep some educated managers who can handle customers issue this guy is so rude and doesn't even know how to speak with customer and arguing with me by keeping his mistake he is not ready to give resolution, rather then arguing he is not fit for the manager position... I want my rest of the order.. If not pls come and pick up every thing and refund my whole amount.. I had purchased groceries through Spar India on 1st May. The Order was delivered on 1st May.
I would like to raise the below concerns/issues.

1. The stock provided by Spar India Hypermarket is old one. I see that most of the packed products provided have a manufacturing date of Jun 2020. Most of the packed products like sauce and coffee powder normally have an expiry date of 10/11 months from date of manufacture.

2. THE COST IS MORE THAN THE MRP. The Coffee powder that I ordered has MRP of Rs 230. But they charged Rs 240. They are cheating people.

3. The quality of the vegetables is pathetic. Please check pics for reference.

4. No response for customer care over email/phone or any social media platform.

Payment of Rs. 2245.65 is charged double times at the counter . We filed a complaint with them but they told us that we will get the refund in 15 days. We followed up several times but no refund uptil now.

Why you guys not provide carry bag for customers. You are unprofessional.. Carry bag cost 30rs.and it not worth it..

On the 18th of Oct'20 I had placed an order for a couple of items with SPAR online (Home Delivery), payment was also completed online
(Mode of Payment - Card).

However I kept receiving calls from the delivery associate that the items ordered were not available and to delay delivery, so I accepted a delay of one day

However the delivery associate called once again asking to delay, hence I had no other option then to send an email to SPAR requesting
to cancel my order and refund the amount as I did not require the items anymore.

SPAR cancelled my order by 22nd Oct'20 however I did not receive any information about the refund, the mentioned helpline number do not connect (Hotline Number - [protected]), nor do emails get responded too on time (ID - [protected]@sparindia.com, [protected]@sparindia.com).

On 24th Oct'20 I received a mail from SPAR associate saying that they would initiate the refund for the cancelled order within 3 working days.

On 27th Oct'20 after continuously following up with emails I received a mail stating that the refund has been initiated on Oct 25, 2020 and would be credited to my account within 8 -10 working days.

After which I have not heard from any associate of SPAR nor are they responding to emails, it has been nearly half a month since i've been following up for the payment.

Extremely Disappointed by the way the issue is being handled.

I had placed an online order for 14 products from Spar Hypermarket, Secunderabad on 23.10.2020.The amount was debited from my account, after that i get a message saying order failed due to non payment. I gave a complaint via mail, none of them got back yet.
Their call centre nu.ber gets disconnected. The local stores phone incoming is barred

I am 71yrs senior citizen from Bangalore. I had placed an order for Gala quick spin mop from spar online on 27th Sep 2020.The order was delivered from spar mantri mall Bangalore.On delivery i noticed that one of the product parts ie mop head is missing and also the water outlet ( used to remove the dirty water) is not present in the product. Hence i emailed spar team requesting for return of the product. It has been over a week but there is no satisfactory response from spar.The refund is not yet initiated.
