Spar Hypermarket — not providing me a duplicate copy of the bill

I want a duplicate bill from my previous order. I need tge details of the items descriptions and cost that ws charged to me. The bill provided by SPAR was not printed properly. The letters and numbers are not clearly visible. When I asked them, they kept me waiting for 30 minutes to give the bill. After 30 minutes they said we do not store the bill, so can't provide the duplicate bill which is ridiculous.
