Spar Hypermarket — order id[protected] quality issues and on fulfillment of order

I had ordered for 1500 rs + in lieu of may day madness and i had faced the below issues :
1. Order was not completely delivered
2. I have not been given rs 150 cash back
3. I had not been informed for the non available items and i have been billed as mentioned4. Garlic is rotten, 5. Mangoes are damaged
6. Cucmber - is old7. I saw a cockroach running out of the products (Loose channa dal) when i opened
8. The team asked for cash and said card machine is not working (Is this contactless delivery mentioned in your site and app)
9. The delivery person was not aware of the route and we had to go to pick up the delivery

I tried calling customer care toll free number couple of times but no one answered and i called the anna nagar store number printed on the bill, am getting an automated message stating that the number does not exist

I am expecting a response and action for this complaint else i may have to raise this to consumer court
