I am 71yrs senior citizen from Bangalore. I had placed an order for Gala quick spin mop from spar online on 27th Sep 2020.The order was delivered from spar mantri mall Bangalore.On delivery i noticed that one of the product parts ie mop head is missing and also the water outlet ( used to remove the dirty water) is not present in the product. Hence i emailed spar team requesting for return of the product. It has been over a week but there is no satisfactory response from spar.The refund is not yet initiated. I tried calling their customer care no but no one answers the call. This has caused inconvinience. Request you to help me resolve the issue. My order no is 12655631 Was this information helpful? |
