My daughter and I went to SPAR departmental store here in Gochibauli, Hyderabad, on date is not remembered as print material got faded by this time, and bill amount was more than Rs 4000/- in the name of Shilpi Sen, mobile no. [protected] in two bills.During the bill payment I found in one bill that the counter fellow mentioned two coconuts I immediately told him this wrong I have purchased only one coconut. He said go and buy another one, I said no. Then he said Ok he would minus the one coconut's price, which he never did.
In another bill I found one named MIXED FRUIT JAM of Rs.138/119 I dont remember as I said bills had gone faded, which we never bought and it was not in our bag also.
I tried to contact several times on number mentioned in the Bill[protected] but nobody picked up. Then I made online complaint. Till date I got no response.
Is it the policy of SPAR India to make public fool. I can not go to spar to collect the amount which I paid extra Rs.138(19+119=138) because to reach SPAR I have to pay more than this amount to taxiwala.
Kindly look into the matter, this absolutely absurd way to make public fool. Was this information helpful? |
