Spectra India Housing — Plots not registered not Full refund possible

Had paid instalments upto 7. 20 lks. Not registering the plot. It's one since I paid the last registration. Neither they will provide full refund. They will deduct 30℅ of the amount and the pay refund and we need to wait for another 6 months
