Spectranet — Refund not given but account closure request completed

I was existing customer of Spectra broadband connection and my account details are:-

I recently closed the connection. I had already paid in advance the amount for 3 months. But I raised request to get it closed early and as per Spectra I had paid Rs 471.40 extra and it should be refunded to my account details shared with them. But without returning any money they simply closed my account.
My refund is still not returned. Requesting for help to get the return.
