1. Entire customer service team ([protected]) are liars.

Especially supervisors amrinder singh, sunny trivedi, abijit patnakar, purushotham and ritesh singh.

Customer service people will cover up your complaints and keep on transferring the calls to these lying supervisors and they would do nothing.

Their manager prashanth singh would promise the world and would also say that he would take care...

I had applied for the spectranet internet connection, they have taken the money immediately even before during the installation and said after docunments verification i will get the connection.
They failed to do the connection in my apartment, hence i asked for refund.
Its been 4 months they are fooling me. Every time i call customer care they tell me that they have put my request on priority and it will take 30 working days.
Sometimes they tell me that they have sent me the cheque.
I ahve even sent the email, every time i get the same response, wait for 30 days, will resolve it asap.
They are very quick in taking the money as deposit even before installation, but when it comes to refund, they only try to fool you nothing else. Very frustated with their services. I suggest every1 to not go for spectranet. Never ever

This lying company don't even deserve one star, because it is the worst. Write to the management team, complain to any bureau who would listen to your case.

Their reps are totally 100% incompetent and don't know the escalation process. They would try to act to speak in this so called western English (not knowing the customer's caliber), has a huge head weight like they are carrying the globe on the shoulders like Atlas (but it is inside their head loaded full of arrogance), are brainwashed to connect to pathetic supervisors (The list from the worst of worst to worst: 1. Amrinder Singh, 2. Sunny Trivedi, 3. Purushotham, 4.Abijit Patnaker & 5. Ritesh Singh).

These supervisors don't deserve to have a job in customer service, may be this lying company deserves such deceitful, duping supervisors. There is completely no integrity, honesty, trust, truth etc. in this company. The reps talk about professionalism on the phone, but it cannot by just in talking. More importantly, it must be in their working culture, their character but i failed to find even one atom of such virtues in the past 2 months I tried to disconnect my service from them.

    I'd gotten a spectranet connection and signed an agreement for a monthly prepaid billing cycle. They started sending me bills of varying exorbitant amounts of a prepaid quarterly billing cycle. Upon complaint to their customer care they kept reassuring me to fix the issue generating complaint numbers but never resolved the issue. After a couple of days of this harassment i decided to cancel the connection and submitted request for cancellation in writing as well as on the phone with various customer care people. I was even called by their customer retention team and i informed them that my decision to cancel is final. Yet i continue to receive fraud bills of varying amounts even though i've already changed my connection to tata. I was told that there would be no charges as i'd decided to cancel connection within a few days. Yet i continue receiving emails of fraudulent exorbitant bills and the initial security deposit i'd paid against the router of ₹2, 500 has not been refunded. This is a fraud company and their license to do business should be cancelled. I'd warn everyone not to fall for their sales talk as this company is into fraud and harassment only.

    Hi, we had a 10 Mbps Spectra net leased line, and as we have shifted our office from Delhi to Gurugram. i informed my relation ship manager (himanshu.[protected]@spectra.co) to shift our connection from Delhi to Gurugram then he said that we are not feasible at that location. In that case we went for other service provider and wrote a request to terminate the connection by 31st Oct-17. i got an acknowledge form support and relationship manager for connection termination. now he is not taking any action to refund our 22 days excess payment since, payment has been paid till 22 -Nov-17 & our connection has been terminated on 31st- Oct-17. so 22 days excess payment must be refund to us. i am wring him continuously for the same but he is not taking any action.

    And even after connection termination we are receiving invoices for December and January month. please take some action on it and clear our account dues asap.

      Spectranet excutive comitted to intsall the connection on same day. They done the documentation and payment on same day but now its been 3 day installation not done. There manager (Soumitra choudhary & bharat jain) never pick up the call and support don't provide escalation matrix.

      On asking for cancellation of connection they say talk to manager (Soumitra choudhary & bharat jain.) who never pick up the call. Such a riduculous way of making money. This is a fraud company. Beware.

      We have been using Spectranet since june, 2017 here at Awalahalli Yelahanka Bengaluru.
      There have been multiple instances of network failures without any intimation.
      It’s very frustrating at times.
      They should address this issue with utmost urgency and show the professionalism to the customers.

        We have spectranet broadband service at home. We have been experiencing intermittent outages over last 2 months. Last month for around 15 days connection was not at all working. The customer service is not providing proper resolution. I have raised more than 10 complaints but no proper solution till now. This is impacting my work as well.

        I have paid for 3 months and used connection hardly for few days, now i'm expecting refund. Below are the few complaints i have raised, no proper resolution as of now, connection works for 1 day again it goes down, every time i get same answer from tech support "fiber cut issue"
        Sr [protected]. Sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected].

        I have more complaint numbers to list down, i have to follow up daily and discuss with them for 2 to 3 hrs for getting a resolution. I had many discussions with the technical support named uday, pankaj, rateesh any many more none of them could provide a resolution as of today. Another trap is spectranet won't refund the money, so once paid your money is gone. No refund and no connection as well. Paid for three months please refund for two months as i have use the connection hardly for 1 month.

        Please help me to get the refund as i'm not keen to continue with spectranet broadband service, if they can provide the refund i can explore other service providers. I have all the conversations with spectranet recorded, if it helps me to get a refund i can share that.

          I have already been charged with the installation charges 4 days ago. Did not receive any verification call yet. I have been told that it will be installed within 24 hours. I have been complaining about this since 3 days now. This is so unprofessional and even the customer care service is a total waste. Now they are saying that the plan i opted for is not available. My question is then how dare you take the money for that plan if it's not available at that moment?

            We have spectranet broadband service at home. We have been experiencing unexplained and intermittent outages over last one month. The customer service number is not reachable. This is impacting my work as i work from home.

            The other number we call goes to new connection agents and they least bothered about our problems. Worst service ever. The bill comes on time and we have to pay total amount with out getting any discount for the outage days.

              The tollfree number provided is supposed to work /support 24x7 but the call never gets connected after 6pm. Since its a home internet connection, it requires support during night. The query/ complaints are never answered.

              12 september 2017 - since the service is down. I tried to contact through call, mail, chat. None of them are answered. What is the use of providing these options if they are of no use when in need.

                In spite of complaining several times (Every day 4 or 5 times) to your customer care, there is no solution for the same.
                We are sharing the required details for you to look at our issue on priority. Every day we raised the complaint to your customer care they have rectify the issues on temporarily 1 or 2 hours only your link is activated after 2 hours your link is down. Last 13 days we are facing lot of issues.

                  Please follow the trail mail for better understanding of the case.

                  Its been 2 months already that gradestack has made payment of rs 25000/- by mode of cheque and your team has not followed up after that even once and has not stood up by the words committed by them.

                  Last conversation we had was over mail dated 08 july in which your team promised the completion of work by 31 july 2017 which clearly is not done. Your team did not even has the courtesy to follow up regarding the order over call and no action has been taken since then.

                  We do not want to process the request any further as we have already considered the other internet service provider. As you have already wasted 2 months of our precious time and we do not want to deal with the company who can not respect their customers and their time. This is the worst service experience i have ever faced.

                  So, it would be really great if you give back the payment done by us already.

                  Kindly try and be more professional this time.

                    Sir,
                    I am an old customer of spectranet. I shifted my residence to sarajapur in bangalore where spectranet had not established itself. After a year or so spectranet reached my area of residence. On their advertisement, i opted for new connection at a cost of rs. 6587/-. They promised to install the connection within two days. Verification was done but no one came to install the connection. On enquiry, they said that by end of day it would be done but nothing happened. This went on for almost 10 days. I had asked my current internet provider to de-activate. Thereby i was without internet for almost a week.in view of this, i cancelled the connection and requested for refund. They said that the issue has been taken up and within 30 days they would refund the amount. It is more than one and half month, refund has not been made. I got a mail saying that the issue has been resolved. Can some one explain.

                      The request to disconnect spectranet service from my home at 302 kanungo apartments has been submitted wide sr[protected] dt june 19, 2017 and accepted much before the billing cycle of june 23, 2017.

                      Why i am still receiving billing invoices and reminders to pay the bill?

                      Kindly explain asap otherwise this will be reported on all social media and the complaint will be sent to the consumer forum for mental harassment against spectranet company.

                        My connection was closed on 07.04.2017 and I have paid amount of Rs. 4309 for bill cycle from 28 February to 27 May, 2017.
                        At the time of taking connection, I was informed that if I discontinue in between the billing cycle, I will be refunded the amount on pro-rata basis but now they are denying to refund the remaining amount of Rs. 2421.
                        Even when I inquired about taking a new connection, their executive confirmed that if I discontinue connection in between, I will be refunded the remaining amount on pro-rata basis. Please find attached recorded call with customer care executive. (Between 7 min 20 seconds to 9 min 20 sec is the conversation regarding inquiry about new connection and disconnection)

                          This is not a true complaint. This is an informational post for the benefit of Internet users. Spectranet the Amazing Internet service provider has at least for now stopped offering Public IPs to its Pune home customers.
                          The advantage of Public IP was that you could access your PC over the Internet.

                          Now what they are offering is an IP address that is behind NAT, it's a Private IP. So anyone interested to avail an Internet connection with Public IPv4 address, look elsewhere.

                          No action is needed from the service provider. This is an informative post so that consumers can make an Informed Decision.

                          My Consumer number is 150518.

                          Mine is a prepaid policy and I'm not using spectranet since march but I'm still receiving bills.

                          Please close this connection.

                          I have mailed to spectranet Customer Care but they are not cancelling the connection.

                            Spectra Broadband is a useless company. 6 months back I took new connection. Every now and then they send SMS that you may face some issue in connectivity and ETA is 24 hours. In the month of March 2nd or 3rd i was not able to connect so i tried for 2, 3 days and then i registered complain about it. The technical person told me that modem is not working and I have to purchase a new one. When i told them its their responsibility to replace it they said you have to connect with the modem manufacturer. Also i have paid 3 months amount is Feb and issue started in March so instead of refunding me money they said they do not have such policy.. Even the policy is not explained to me in the beginning. Such type of company and people should be punished.

                              Cancellation of spectranet connection & refund of booking amount

                              I (Pankaj chopra) staying at a-5, 7/6 millennium towers sector - 9 sanpada navi mumbai. I booked sepctranet broadband connection on 26th february 2017 but till date its not installed.

                              Please cancel my request for spectranet connection & process the refund of rs.7, 324 at earliest. Same i communicate to mr. Salman on phone.

                              Kindly acknowledge the same. Expecting early revert on this issue....

                              To report some connectivity issues with Spectranet I am trying their customer care number[protected] since 6 PM today.
                              This number rings 4 -5 times and disconnects! When it connects and I dial in IVR options, I am put on hold for over 12- 15 minutes after which I anyways disconnect the call.

                                I have raise a request for change the plan and router installation but they didn't install my router from 9th Feb. when I am following up everyday they told me "Tomorrow". When I ask about money back, they told once you paid we will not return back. They also refuse to give any mail assurance when the issue resolve. India's most fraud internet provider.

                                  I got my plan upgraded from 50 mbps to 100 mbps with a promise that router and plan will be activated and provided within 72 hours. I have made payment for the same. i have made 6 monthly payment. The plan was to be changed wef 13th feb 2017. As of today 23rd Feb my plan is yet to be changed nor have i received the router. Every time i call them they promise this will be done by today itself. no response from their applet mailbox. As a customer who has made the advance payment for 6 months i feel helpless and cheated.

                                  I was also not given 1st month free as per the advertisement.

                                    I would like to share my experience of getting Spectranet Broadband. While there’s no much reason to complaint, I still feel it’s important to share my experience.

                                    Within 3 -4 days of making the payment finally two engineers arrived at my house to set up the connection. As soon as they entered the house, without my permission they started walking all around in the house from room to room. When asked whet they were doing, they said that they have connected the cable at the ground floor and are looking for the other end that comes in the house directly.

                                    Since I have purchased my flat from my builder I preciously knew what connectivity and wiring was done by them. Basically our building is internally wired for landline telephone broadband and not LAN broadband.

                                    I told them specifically that this building does not have any internal LAN wiring ever. Still they refused to listen, they opened at least 3 power panels (modular ones) and broke two of them and then pretended that it was already broken. Searched everywhere in the house looking for the incoming LAN cable and later realized that there is none. Finally they externally routed the cable and set up the connection.

                                    Their actions really bothered me. First of all walking all around the house without my permission and not clearly telling what they were up to. Secondly not listening to the knowledgeable customer and thirdly damaging the modular panels at multiple places.
