My internet subscription has been down for 7 days now and i have been calling everyday for it to be reactivated. Everyday they ask for few more hours, sometimes a day but are never able to activate it because of their software issues. I have paid for a six month subscription in advance (Prepaid) and they will not refund my money immediately so that i can go with another provider. Their escalation team does not respond. Just terrible technology. Stay away from this provider.
