[Resolved] Speed Post — Driving license not delivered at my home.

Sir i am ashok nath from hanumangarh rajasthan. sir i have passed my driving test and issued driving licsense on 24 july 2020. but today is 26 August but i have not received my driving licsense at my home. There is the gap of 1-1 month.and if i track online status of driving licsense at speed post it shows that consigment details not found. sir please solve my problem. speed post tracking number is AT[protected]IN. Sir i have passed the driving test on july 24 2020 nd issued licsense on 24 july 2020 from the rto hanumangarh. But the smart card is not delivered at my home so please sir do some help.
