Speed Post — not received my aadhar card

Dear sir/ madam,

I am sushant bhoyar. I applied adhar card. And the card is dispatched sented by india post my consignment no[protected]in. When i tracked my post status in website it shows already delivered to hinganghat s. O (18/06/2019) the postman said to me on one posts are not received on my name. But already delivered to hinganghat s. O it shows. But i can't received my article. So kindly please solve my problem...
