Never did I think that I will not receive such a minor help from such a big reputable enterprise such as Spencer's. We buy all groceries/stuff from them regularly with full confidence. This time the 40kg sealed bag of jeerakathi rice that we bought was found to be bad/expired. To our utter disappointment we found that the south city mall store refused to replace it. I have contacted customer service team, but no response. They always reply we are looking into it. we are 3 elderly people very helpless in this situation.
