Was checking out clothes at Spencers today, and they kept us waiting about 30 minutes at the clothing counter. I had no idea about this and because my mother was at the counter, and she's a very naive person doesn't speak much and therefore kept quite until I saw what's happening. Spencers was having a sale today, the place is packed and still couldn't give us change. I don't know, I want some kind of compensation for this. But they have no customer satisfactory operations!
