I received this email from you against my total order of rs 2745

You informed that you will sending products on 8th april

For rupees 1982.50 and rs. 763 will be refunded.
On 8th i received a call from mobile no. [protected] informing only two items could be sent which i refused to take and pointed out about your info that my package was ready for rs. 1982.50 for delivery. Since then none of our calls have been attended.
I urge to please refund the total order amount of rs. 2745
As a senior citizen and a loyal customer of the spencer in south city mall, this behavior is uncalled for.
