Description: in 29-nov-2018, three tickets were booked for a movie (2.0 tamil) under the id:wrzrm9s in spi cinemas bangalore. Due to the technical issues happened during the screening, the movie is stopped and the management agreed to refund the amount paid for every ticket. Its been like 2 weeks, still the refund is not generated and the customer service is not responding.
