refund

I have booked tickets in palazzo on 9th of august.
Due to unknown reason the show was cancelled by the management.
They said the money will be refunded in 7 days, but its more than 2 weeks, i still didn't received the money.
The movie was kolaiyuthir kaalam.

higher rates

On may 1st ticket they charged 30 rupees higher than normal tickets.. They saying they having collect higher amount as per collector order.. Only festival season allowed.. Summer holidays particularly may 1 - holiday they charged.
How it is allowed they expected to collect nominal charges on all days but no proper notification was displayed in the venue....

refund not received as promised

Booking id: wrzrm9s

Description: in 29-nov-2018, three tickets were booked for a movie (2.0 tamil) under the id:wrzrm9s in spi cinemas bangalore. Due to the technical issues happened during the screening, the movie is stopped and the management agreed to refund the amount paid for every ticket. Its been like 2 weeks, still the refund is not generated and the customer service is not responding....

Money not yet reversed

On May 3 2014, I tried to book for a film "SON OF GOD" using self service booking system available at Spi Cinemas, brookefield shopping mall, RS Puram, Coimbatore. Money taken from my credit card but ticket not booked. And I conveyed immediately to Abu Tahir who has introduced as section incharge. And he said this might be concern bank problem and the amount will be reversed back within 10 working days. And he said you need to book new...
