Spice Jet Airlines — 3 and half hrs delay of flight

Due to more then 3hrs delay in departure of (Spicejet flight No SG-103/PNR- L8N5XJ ) my ward Mehul Devrani couldn’t get connecting flight No.AI-42 /PNR No. H9CT1) on dated 31/12/2015, Spicejet official didn’t help him and he was force to stay there in Delhi and suffered mentally & financially. I request pls help us to compensate financially by Rs. 25000/- to cover financial and mental loss
