Spice Jet Airlines — 50000 cash stolen from check in luggage

I was travelling from delhi to chennai on 5.09.22 my flight departure was 8.45 a.m but it got delayed and I reached chennai around 12.00 a.m ...when to collect my luggage and left the airport through metro that's where I noticed the zip from luggage was broken without damaging the padlock... I was shocked and opened the luggage and the cash 50000 which I had was not there.. went back to the airport again and spoke with spicejet staff... They are casually saying once the luggage left the airport they are not responsible. I didn't check because I had no clue that my luggage was broken because the padlock was hanging until I saw it close enough in the metro the zip was cut.. kindly help me out
