Spice Jet Airlines — about my refund of cancelled flight

I booked my return ticket in flight SG114 dated 19Feb 2015. On 21st Jan 2015 I got message flight has been cancelled due to operational reasons. And I can get my refund to log on this wabsite http://changes.spicejet.com . After cancellation I didnt get any message and mail from spicejet. I want to know how they give me my refund amount and on which date.
