I have made payment on 23 Apr 2022 to your UPI ID cf.[protected]@indus from [protected]@paytm from Paytm Payment Bank for Rs 546/- towards web check in vide UPI reference no[protected]. The amount was transferred to your UPI ID but the web check in failed.

I request you to refund the amount as soon as possible through appropriate channel.
