Mumbai - kolkata flight sg6365 scheduled to depart at 14:45 hours on 23rd july, 2019, from terminal -2 mumbai, the check-in counter was closed before 45 mins. My passenger reached counter 10 mins late, and requested the aircraft load crew members to allow the baggage. There was 35 mins left for the flight to depart. However the air craft supervisor could not consider one passenger. A repeat tone parrot "sorry sir, we cannot do anything".
The passenger was delayed at the gate for 5-7 mins where he had to explain the cisp staff what does ccu stand for!!!
I mean.. Dude really!! A security deployed at the international airport for ticket and baggage check-in does not the full form of ccu.. Even the basic code knowledge of the source and destination is not given to them before the job posting!
To the height, when i called the spice jet helpline to request the boarding of 1 passenger, the call was received after 10 mins!. Then there was an # replying "sorry, we can't do anything!" the passenger who missed flight looses money and idiotic staff is not penalized.
Who is to be blamed now.
W have had past experiences where in if by chance there is a delay due to genuine reason, the supervisor allows flight load till 30 mins. And all earlier aircraft used to do that to gain customer faith.
