Spice Jet Airlines — amount debited and ticket not done

My self nikesh nandan would like to inform you that i had two ticket booking to patna to calcutta date 30 apr 2019 and amount 7284.00has been debited my account but ticket not made and the amount has not credited in my account bank ref no[protected]iganoiy2.
Pls do the needful i had on that day spicejet customer care he confirmed the amount will be auto credited in your account after 48 hours but still pending.
