I booked air ticket through spicejet flight no. Sg2 (Round trip) colombo to hyderabad for the journey date 26th march 2019 on 26th february on line after paying the amount through my debit card. The amount deducted from my card, however, booking confirmation sms or mail not received to me. I made a complaint on the same day and my complaint no is 03476945. I got mail from customer relationship officer asking some details on 28th february and i replied to her mail on the same day. Still now i have not received any refund mail from spicejet airlines. Kindly sort out the issue and process my refund for the unbooked ticket. Was this information helpful? |
