I, Jagjeet Singh register a complaint that amount was debited from my account on 22 july 2014 by doing ticket book online, amount debited was Rs. 4675...from visakhapatnam to jammu problem is that it wanted credit card for payment submit but i had debit card But i submit payment and ticket was not done due to this debit card ... Then after i booked same ticket by internet banking and it was done But the amount that was debited from my account is not refund till today I had also registered complaint against the same on 30 july..my complaint register no. is CR/310236/2014 I have also given my transaction no. of that POS transaction asno. is[protected] Plz dear SIR/MADAM refund my amount... I shall be very thankful to you for this kindness... My mob. no. is [protected] and my E mail ID IS...[protected]@gmail.com
