We had a morning flight from Jaipur to Ahmedabad.
Landed on Ahmedabad Airport on time, but so much inconvenience was caused due to change in luggage belt no.
Moreover, a person named *Anand Yadav* misbehaved with us ( was travelling with my senior citizen parents and a small kid).
When all the passengers left, 4-5 passengers were standing on the luggage belt no 2 which was announced in flight. No annoucement was made later about change in belt no.
We didn't find our luggage on time.
Then a person called us to Belt No 1, where our luggage was kept. There Mr. Anand Yadav told us rudely, ' Jab aap flight se aa gye hain, to announcement kaise kare?'
This ill- mannered person not only misbehaved with my parents, but was also unapologetic.
Kindly, take proper action and train your staff what is called hospitality.
