Spice Jet Airlines — Bad Consumer Service :Flight Cancelled before and no intimation provided

I had booked a flight with SPice jet on 5th April.They sent a message saying the flight has been RESCHEDULED. however 2 days before the flight when i saw the status it said its CANCELLED. When i called the customer service there was no provision made to provide an alternative and they bluntly stated that they cannot arrange for any flight on that day. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE SPICEJET.Please consider this complaint and provide fair warning to these unscrupulous company. Note : in the sms proof it clearly states that they REVISED the time, not cancelled.
