Hi,
This had happened twice withing 2 months that my brand new baggage was damaged very badly.
First complaint:
Pnr : i5vggf
Date : june 19, 2018
I had given written complaint at patna airport and after making several call to them were ready to pay rs/- 2000 which was way less than actual price which is rs/- 6000. I refused 2000 rupee compensation and demanded full price of the bag, on which they said they will revert back. And getting no reponse from them i called and asked for the progress, to which they said it will be done with 4-5 working days. And till today its not yet done.
Now,
Complaint number 2 :
Pnr : ohm7pr
Date : 22-nov-2018
Same story repeat as above, standing near the baggage belt and i see my bag once again full damaged to worse condition.
Filed my complaint at bangalore airport (Complaint #13822). I get an email response providing me a compensation of rs/- 1000, which is real insult and a big joke. Immediately replied to email asking for full compensation of rs/- 6000.
