Spice Jet Airlines — Baggage missed # sg[protected], spicejet flight no. Sg 674

I am an unfortunate customer to have travelled in your airlines to attend an international conferance held at kolkata on 27th november 2016.

I had booked the tockets from cochin via hyderabad - flight nos sg512, sg 674 against the pnr number u4lhfi

My baggage was loaded at cochn on condition the same may be collected at kolkata. Baggage no. Sg [protected]. Now unfortunately spicejet people have misplaced the luggage and as i understand teh same has be dispatched to ahmedabad wrongly.

This has been put me into deep distress as i am left with no clothing, basic necessary toiletories, cash and emergency medicines. While i raised this concern and sorted an urgent help in this matter with the concern executive at kolkata, i should say the experience recieved from the executive was so pathetic and unprofessional. Ms. Anthra, as she spelled her name, never displayed the intention to understand my situation empathetically and rather was arrogant towards me.

She is not sharign the contac tof her superiror nor is in a positon to inform the curren tstatus of teh baggage. Only one statement comes from her - "we have not received and baggage, shall inform if we receive it."

My meeting is scheduled on 27th november at teh hotel address below and further shall be returnign unfortunately in your airlines on 28th november - sg 626, sg 605.

I hereby request you to arrange to deliver my baggage to the below mentioned hotel address latest by today evening with necessary compensation for all the hardships i had to undergo.
